  The truth is that the United States of
  America is a constitutional republic. This is similar to a democracy because
  our representatives are selected by democratic elections, but ultimately our
  representatives are required to work within the framework of our
  Constitution.

  In other words, even if 99% of Americans want something that
  goes against our founding principles, they have no right to call for a
  violation of constitutional rights.

  I don’t care if 99% of people are in support of gun bans (which is far from the case), it is a
  violation of our constitutional rights, plain and simple.

  If that is a problem for our Reps then they need to be replaced Period.

  Only you can choose to give up your rights by not fighting for and preserving your right.

  Please think about your vote and reflect on this, We must not forget who we are or where we came from or our way of life is over.

  In other words, even if 90% of Americans want something that goes against our founding principles, they have no right to call for a violation of constitutional rights. The founders were highly educated people who were experienced in defending themselves against tyranny. They understood that the Constitution could protect the people by limiting the power of anyone to work outside of it much better than a pure system of popularity.

  A system of checks and balances was set up to help limit corruption of government and also the potential for an “immoral majority” developing within the American People. We have forgotten in this country that we are ultimately ruled by a Constitution.

  Why is a democracy potentially just as dangerous as a monarchy? Benjamin Franklin.Said “Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.” I believe it is as true today as it was the day he said it.

  This is plainly social engineering if they make kids afraid of getting in trouble in school treating them as criminals it will induce deep seeded fears of guns in their subconscious minds and the next generation of adults will be very pro gun control as they were raised to fear guns and they were taught that if a person has a gun they are a bad person !!!

  Look up the Militia act of 1903 its called the dick act HR. 11654 it was removed from the Library of congress recently but you can still find it in Wikipedia and other places. Lets all call the library of congress and ask who had them remove a act that is unrevocable and why they did it !!! The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed.It is also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

  So why doesnt the Blaze and Glen Beck Hannity and Rush do a show on this and let the American People know about the law and how it is being ignored again.

  Here’s my two cents worth, as a responsible adult American citizen it is your responsibility as well as mine to be responsible for the safety of your family and yourself at all times. This means as a responsible American citizen you do not sit and pray someone will come and save you when something bad happens. As an American citizen you have a responsibility to be armed and to obtain the training necessary to safely and responsibly handle your firearm at all times. The liberals in this country drive me crazy with their we need to get rid of Yon to make it a safer place, this ideology is not only idiotic but downright dangerous. The best example I can give is since drugs such as heroin and crystal math, LSD, and so forth are dangerous they should be outlawed, well they are and how available are they on the streets for anyone who wants them at any time. Outlawing firearms would have the same effect. So when you start screaming about taking the guns, So this kind of thing doesn’t happen again, keep in mind an unarmed society is a vulnerable society just look at Mexico or England. If you do not like guns that’s your problem in my view you are very ill-informed and irresponsible not to mention downright dangerous person.
