  Thanks, ANTITHEISM, for the opportunity to put scripture in context. 137:9 is admonishing Babylonians, who took joy in overthrowing Israel, that the conquerors of Babylon will in turn exhibit the same joy. As, in fact was the case when Babylon fell to the Persians.

  Agreed. Prager is the greatest, when it comes to the morality of conservatism. Dennis Prager is to ethical monotheism what Larry Arnn is to the constitution.

  Guitar styles are hard to quantify for objective comparison, so let’s apply equality-minded solutions.

  Let’s see… Jimi Hendrix was 1/4 Cherokee, and also black. Beck is a known descendant of English blood, making his minority status null. Knowingly or not, Beck was constantly repressing Hendrix. And as Hendrix’s fellow Native American Elizabeth Warren points out, Beck moved his guitar playing goods to market on roads the rest of us paid for. Advantage: Hendrix.

  And then there’s healthcare. In 1969 Beck fractured his skull in a car wreck. Nearly a year later Hendrix had a sip of beer. Hendrix died in the ambulance… Beck lives today. If this isn’t an indictment of our capitalist healthcare system, then what is? Advantage: Beck. But for all the wrong reasons.

  I think we need to have hearings in Congress to really get at the truth here. We can’t wait any longer.

  I could see myself misstating somethingike that, but I am not running for president. Santorum is a bright guy but he doesn’t appear presidential. Appearance and demeanor are important, like it or not.

  Saturn is about 10x the diameter of earth (120536:12756), and a “day” on Saturn takes 0.44 earth days. So from sunrise to sunset, Saturn has rotated 360 degrees just over two times. That’s probably why storms appear as bands in its atmosphere.

  Probably not a comet hit. Can’t rule it out. But storms in an atmosphere churning like that make storms on earth look like static structures.
