He is a local sheriff. The feds have made it clear that only Federal law enforcement should be enforcing (or not enforcing) Federal laws. Case in point illegal aliens (yes, they are illegal aliens, not ‘immigrants’) in the southern border states. Local sheriffs in AZ have been told they have no authority to enforce Federal Laws and some cities have even mandated that their law enforcement cannot enforce any laws pertaining to illegal aliens.

Local Sheriffs can even limit federal law enforcement from executing some of their duties without express permission given by the Sheriff’s office. This Sheriff understands the laws and intents better than progressives such as yourself.

I had to get in on this one. These are MY cousins. Great Christian girls displaying their love for family. We are proud of them and their parents for raising such great examples of Christ’s love.

Zappa- I finally had to respond. You are sooo outraged that corporate CEOs make lots of money. You don’t understand why Constitutionalists aren’t as angry about private corporations paying six figures plus as we are about those getting paid by tax dollars are. For one thing, I am not forced to give money to any private corp. (except health insurance companies) but I am forced to fund the government who pays public sector employees. Some others have made the valid point that the Federal Gov should have no part, except possibly facilitating cooperation between, state education systems. And to answer your next charge, the Federal Gov should not be subsidizing private companies either. A flat tax or consumption tax type system with import/inspection fees being the only income source for the Fed. Businesses should not be taxed because that charge only becomes an entry barrier to competition. I don’t expect you or any others on the left to understand how tax policy and other federal regulations serve as entry barriers to competition in market place, but suffice to say, less Gov. intrusion into business and personal lives the better. The Fed Gov needs to be returned to the confines of the Constitution, that is the only answer. I will now return to my former ‘read comments only’ status. Thank you and good day! MOLON LABE!!

US to AUS $ = 1:1.08, US worth more.
    Australian BigMac $4.10 US dollars
    Australian McChicken $4.10 US dollars
Australian Medium soda $2.99 US dollars
    Australian Sundae $2.25 US dollars
Australian Apple Pie $2.17 US dollars

Signature item roughly the same. Add on item 200% to 400% more. In the US apple pies are 2 for $1.00. Sodas run $1.00 in the summer, McChickens are $1.00. Australia does not seem to even have a $1.00 menu.
Seek the whole truth, don’t just cherry pick for your argument. The non-core items are the money makers. If they charged $10 for the Big Mac, no one would even walk in the door so they charge more for the add on items. It is called entry level, low skill for a reason. Humans should earn based on what value they bring to the employer, otherwise that human is a looter. Read Atlas Shrugged and get a clue!!!!

Fairview Hts is up the bluffs from E St Louis. I know, I grew up there and live less than 10 minutes away, I am there every day. It is sliding downhill but not anything like E St. The majority of crime at the stores and restaurants are perpetrated by E. St. citizens who come up. Fairview is a middle class suburb of St. Louis and full of great people. Many current and retired military from the nearby Scott AFB. The sad thing is the Democrat political machine has gained a hold there and is taking the city down a bad path. That is or used to be the busiest Red Lobster in the country, always a crowd.

Many many great dark skinned people live in this area and are wonderful. It is the few hood rats that give the others of there continental origin a bad name.

Agreed. Sounds like the cop was making the most out of an accident and had to defend himself from a low life. Good thing he is a cop and allowed to carry. The rest of us in Illinois can’t and would have been killed by the thugs.

Homosexuality is better associated with alcholism or other addictions. Inside of Christianity or other faiths that say sex outside of marriage is wrong, a homosexual lifestyle is obviously wrong, as is pre-marital sex, orgies, wife swapping, “cheating” on your spouse. If someone’s entire identity is defined by who they are attracted to or enjoy spending time with, that person is emotionally unbalanced. As recently as the 1970′s homosexuality was identified as a mental disorder and was only removed from the books as such to remove the stigma and therefore make treatment for homosexualtiy easier, or so the activists said. If you view homosexuality as an addiction, all of this becomes very clear. In addition, most homosexuals had a negative sexual experience as a child or a horrible relationship with his or her father. The actual percentage of homosexuals in a given poplulation has always been 2%, which by the way is the same percentage statistically for just about any abnormality.

I guess Glenn’s people just missed my house to force me to buy something. Last time I checked, quality cloths, i.e. namebrand, cost at LEAST what this line costs. Here’s an idea: if you don’t like the cloths or don’t want to pay those prices, don’t buy them! Capitalism does not force another to buy anything, socialism/communism does. See Obamacare for reference.

Let’s see, no one has been shot because of open carry. Progressive logic says we better ban it so nobody gets shot. Progressives, creating laws and reigning in liberty solving problems that don’t exist. Sounds about right to me.

Do the mean AK – 47′s? What was a U.S. military base doing with that many Russian/Enemy weapons? Why weren’t they locked in the Armory like ALL weapons not currently in use are supposed to be stored on a military installation. Keeping weapons in a ‘supply warehouse’ is just stupid. When will the adults be put back in charge?

So you want to give your money to proven liars? This speaks more about you than your lame attempt to piss people off with your handle.

Here is a site to enlighten you. Al Gore’s idiotic statements should be enough to make you start to question your leaders. Remember, he thinks the center of the earth is MILLIONS of degrees. He makes it up as he goes along. His documentary has been completely disproven. The predictions these people have made have ALL been wrong. They are in Cancun right NOW (how large of a carbon footprint did they make flying there in private jets) saying rules shouldn’t be applied to developing nations so they can try to thrive, only wealthier nations should have to cut back. If this is life or death for our planet, they should want EVERYONE to cut back. Your side on this is comprised of hypocritical elitists.

This is how Progressive Socialist rule the unwashed masses. Since it is obvious the people don’t know what’s best for them and they know they can’t outlaw it, they will sway behavior by taxing it. What happens if the new tax works and people stop drinking the taxed items? All of that new revenue will disappear and then where will they get the money to pay for the programs that never die? Stupid libs. They think in a two dimensional static world, not the multi-dimensional dynamic world of the real people. It’s the same reasoning that thinks raising taxes brings in more revenue and doesn’t hurt productivity. History proves lowering taxes on productivity increases revenues.

Rep Waters shows her socialist tendencies. She can’t understand how Mr. Murdoch can’t use his power to indoctrinate the masses with his view. She also missed that he never said ILLEGAL aliens should automatically be made citizens. In her world, those with power use it to make others bow to their idealogy. How can the Libs take Murdoch agreeing with Blumberg on anything?
