  Hmmm Odd I see so many “death penalty” and “should spend 20 years in prison”.

  This wasn’t forced rape, she was conscious enough to talk to them during the whole ordeal. At best this is a case of her not being sober enough to give consent – which I find to be a bullcrap law anyways since its is treating women as special and weak – (as in, 1 woman, 1 man, equally drunk, have sex – woman can claim rape since she was to drunk to give consent, where as man equally drunk to give consent for her to ride him, has no recourse and gets put in jail)

  SO many people saw this happen, none of them thought it was rape, why? because the girl was willing. And if there is any shadow of doubt that she was willing or not as drunk as she thought she way, then these 2 boys should of been found not guilty – this was a show trial – every article mentions the football team, why? Every single one says something about the poor town with a powerhouse highschool football team that is the pride of the town. sounds to me like some feminist or small man who couldnt make it on the team that hates football trying to start a witch-hunt.

  There are plenty of real rape cases to be worrying with, esp child rape.

  Hmmm, isn’t this just going to lead to gay men who are the “woman” of the relationship, being able to go into women’s bathrooms. These parents might of had a point, as much as I am discussed and disagree with their parenting decisions, if the school did not provide a separate bathroom for the boy/girl. Seems as though the school has been more than accepting and tried to accommodate these people and they are trying to make a buck. I think the rights of the parents to not have a boy in the bathroom with their little girls outweighs the rights of a boy who thinks he is a girl.

  Odd note- they say if the boy who thinks he is a girl has to go to the restroom with the boys, that the boys will make fun of him…. have they ever been to school? The girls are 10x a viscous with words than boys ever would be. This kid was raised to be the laughing stock of the school/world and there is no changing that.

  And I am disturbed by so many on here wanting child protective services to be called and seize this child from the parents, I want less government, less power to them. They are not doing anything that will endanger their kids besides them being made fun of, but dressing your kids up in justin bieber shirts would be worse than a pink dress !!!

  I agree, I found the Judge to be out of line here. Doubling the bond because she said adios? Being annoyed because the girl wasn’t smart enough to know how much jewelry was worth/not stolen. This girl was obviously not very bright and seemed to be on drugs. Not saying that is an excuse, but I did not find anything she said to be very out of line, and at most minor disrespectful. He forced her to drop the F bomb , which probably was his intentions all along. If a judge doubled my bond because i didnt say “sir” id give him the finger too :P

  can the blaze take this bullcrap story down? here is proof that the ar-15 was not used , and the cops lied saying every kid was killed with the longweapon that was left in the car like originally reported. I told everyone i knew when the story came out saying the ar-15 was left in the car, then hours later after democratic intervention the story magically changed to every kid was shot with an ar-15; i knew the fix was in, I knew it was a lie and a coverup. The cops knew within 5 mins of arriving to the scene that no ar-15 was used but remained silence and complacent. Smells like a cover up to me. Why cover it up? Why lie to us so much that we don’t believe anything they say?   like hell i’m going to get finger printed and let a government officer ID me and my gun. Looks like a great way for them to confiscate guns once they are all registered – and they make it illegal to sell the guns or transfer them to different owners – which is why they want your finger prints cause you will go to federal jail if in 2 years they come to claim those guns and you no longer have them

  I do not understand liberals. They say that if ar-15′s were illegal to own, that the criminals would not be able to obtain them.   “attend gay pride meetings” if that was not in the course curriculum for every student, then it is illegal. The constitution does say only the federal government, but you liberals have obviously pick and choose when you want this constitution followed for what it says, or what you want it to say. Its either incorporated, meaning the laws apply to everybody, or not incorporated and only applies to federal government. But 1st amendment has always been seen as a federal incorporated law, the state of louisiana can not declare Christianity the state religion, A town can not can free speech. Local police are just as limited by the 4th amendment as federal police. So yes, they can not violate her rights, she does not have to accept homosexuality unless it said so before they took her money. Accepting gays is not a requirement to become a therapist, do they make all homosexuals accept Christianity to become a therapist? And if they refuse make them to go church or be expelled and not refunded their $20000+ in tuition.
