  Come on former Sheriff of the largest county, a good chunk of it is on video. I for one am all for officer safety, but seriously if this guy was the criminal you seem to suggest or assume, the officer never would have made it out of his car alive, because your right he could have brought that weapon to bear on anything darn near immediately. In this video an officer stated they are exempt from the law amungst other things which does suggest a mind set for abuse of power on the part of these officers. This alone is unexceptable and frankly more then likely a civil rights violation, but a court of law will make that decision. I would like to see the officer’s involved pesonnel files though… I greatly appreciate your service to your county.

  Thanks for expressing your ignorant oppinion it is your right to do so. But can you explain what he did that was unlawful to start with? You may have to turn off your emotional button to get the required level of objectivity to answer this question. Good luck with that.

  Well Cessna, there those young people out their that require a bit more creativity on the parents part in order to humble a stuborn child. These parents definately stepped out of the box while stepping up to the plate, and I applaud them. I agree with prayer for sure, in my case for example, your methods would have failed misserably, however my Dad’s heavy hand did not. Different methods are required for different personalities….

  Senator Adam Kline is lying through his teeth, check out Senate Bill 6396 from Washington State in 2010. The exact same thing was tried and Senator Adam Kline was signed on to that bill too as a sponsor, does he expect us to believe he made the EXACT same mistake two times? Kline is a LIAR! This is just the first time it made headlines… SB5737 is at least his second attempt…..

  It may go against the grain in some circles but the population at large needs to learn of the situtations that our volunteer defenders are placed in to maintain our liberty. It’s the people out there who have never at any level been placed in harms way for the protection of others or themselves that are voting for people like obama. These same people have no clue, but some how think they are experts on incidents that they were not involved in and developed an opinion from the safety of the couch in their living room. This is the case with military action, police involved shooting, and some citizen defending themselves in thier own home, everybody who was not there is an expert this drives my nuts. So the more information available to these types the better for the sake of voting in future elections if nothing else. We are hearing the muslims, gays, and communists, well I like to hear from our nations warriors & hero’s because they are for real…. Just my thoughts, thanks for your service in the Navy Sir.
