  Nice stab at sarcasm, it was lost on a few, but alas, is that all you have on Rush. How many progressive radio show’s can you name that have been on the air nationally (without public funding) for as long as Rush. Trying to belittle him with bad wit is not good. He is the standard all national radio shows are measured against and strive to topple. Good luck.

  Bruce, ms. whats-her-face went to Congress to request they mandate all tax payers cover the cost of women’s birth control medication. Thus, she wants myself and other Americans to pay for her ability to sleep around with whomever she wants. Unless she is being paid, “we have another name for that,” or is married what else would you call her actions. A picture is worth a thousand words and she painted a portrait of herself by her own testimony.

  Oh Bruce, sorry you wasted your time writing such an intellectually mind altering statement. The thing is, you have done exactly what you do not want anyone who responds to your post to do. You have only spouted off lame, lazy at best statements, like they are superior to anything ever stated before. The saying goes you will “reap what you sow,” thus according to your wisdom Israel is justified in their actions.

  Jerk, Arafat stole billions of dollars in aid sent to the Palestinians while he was in charge. Where is this money. They buy weapons to attack Israel instead of feeding their populace. They were given all of Gaza, as they wished, and still they rain down rockets on Israel. As someone earlier wrote they hate, but their hate is an all consuming hate which clouds the eyes of judgement and drives the soul into darkness. Finally, do you believe the Jordanians are as bad as the Israelis seeing as they will not allow Palestinians to become Jordanian citizens and make them live in ghettos?

  Hey Jerk, I am quite sure Truth can cover himself, but “your wife”. Really. Is that the best you can do. What if Truth is not married or is a female and has a husband. Confusing as it may be what if Truth doesn’t have either a boyfriend or girlfriend. I mean this could get real embarrassing, I mean, who do you purport to be in the basement with.   13th, great post, Start with insults, progress your point further with a dig at the age of starman, show great prowess in your debating skills by making a human value statement and then cast blame for our economic fiscal crisis on star man.have You have so deftly proved your point that it is almost impossible for me to see it any other way than as you see it. Alas, I must defy your logic and absolutely disagree.

  Now, seeing as I do not support your irrational premise, I will dispel your hapless retorts. I do not collect social security, I have actually graduated from a 4 year college and I do belong to a union. I feel unions are a monopoly. They spend my dues on politicians instead of trying to best serve their members. it’s all about trying to keep power. Spare me your insult laced rant and please try to advance your point without using insults, but rather with evidence that is not anecdotal.

  Now, I do not know about much, but I think you, sir, are very confused. You saying religion is a lie and at the same time invoke the sun as your religious center. You speak of Jesus in a way that gives credibility to his Divine existence as well as Lucifer’s. Then contradict yourself in your next post by stating religion is a lie.

  You cannot have it both ways. Either you believe religion is a lie or you have faith in the sun. I suggest you take a step back and reevaluate what’s within your heart. You can have any opinion you please, but it should at least stay consistent and be honest.

  Having experienced Katrina, I can completely understand peoples misgivings towards the city of New Orleans. There are many correlations between the two tragedies, such as the utter destruction of entire areas. Here’s where the similarities bifurcate; the hours after the tornados ended people were able to begin the process of cleaning, clearing and salvaging their personnal property. It was this time after Katrina when the majority of the destruction took place, as the levees broke in 4 places swamping the majority of the city in 8-12 feet of water and nowhere for it to go. Then came hurricane Rita which skirted the Louisiana coast, but dumped another several inches of water into the fish bowl.
  It took approximately four weeks to pump the water out of the flooded areas. All the while the only people allowed to enter the region were residents returning, National Guardsmen and vehicles bringing in necessary supplies (fuel and food stuffs). The people making the news were there because they believed help would be readily available and if the levees had not given way it would not have been needed in N.O., but mother nature had different ideas.
  Imaging searching for victims with boats and cutting thru roofs to gain access to the attics where the bodies had floated up to. Or searching the houses after the water receded to find the bodies several weeks old.
  May God Bless the peoples who were involved and grant them peace of mind and comfort for their losses.
