  • Gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling to know that we are not the only nation afflicted with political correctness-it is. Does the idiot, sorry politician, who proposed that the flag not be flown for 20 years think that the problem will go away by then or that there will be fewer Muslims in the town? Using the same sense of “sensitivity” to other cultures, perhaps the town council members should do a little bit of research on how homosexuals are handled in Muslim countries before they fly the LGBT flag. They also probably labor under the delusion that should they travel to a Muslim country, their sensitivities will be accommodated.

  • What amazes me is how small a bubble the residents of Chicago-on-the-Potomac live in? If anyone of them or for that matter any citizen wanted the truth, they should look at the reports that came out of both Benghazi and Europe within 24 hours of the attack. The PM of Libya not only said that it was a terrorist attack, but gave the name of the responsible group. The regime and its Vichy Press Corpse kept up their mantra of the YouTube video and IGNORED the Libyan PM—and they wonder why the Libyan government was not very willing to help the FBI?! European press outlets had similar reports and drew parallels to the attempted kidnapping of the British ambassador a couple of months earlier.

  • Agreed, all the Dem mouthpieces have gotten their verbiage and quotes and are spewing the same rationalizations for what has happened or better yet, what we know has happened. Unfortunately, what we have learned so far is only a small tip of a much larger iceberg which both the WH and the Vichy Press Corpse will do their utmost to prevent from coming to light. The full on spin is revved all the way up partially to protect Obama, but more importantly, I feel, to protect/defend the one that they see as the “next greatest President, Shillary “is” Clinton.” Isn’t it just so convenient or happenstance that the info about the IRS and AP come to light after Wednesday’s hearing on Benghazi? Bob, weave, and deflect done by the “most transparent administration in history?!!

  • Prison seems to be the next stop for many of the politicians in IL.
Chatting with a British friend who brought up an interesting point. A couple of months prior to attack on the consulate in Benghazi there was an attempt to kidnap the British ambassador and as a result of this the British ramped up their security for all their personnel in Libya. Was any attempt made to contact them to see if they could render aid or has Obama so soured the once special relationship that it was never a consideration?

  • Yes, where has she gone? She seems to have disappeared from the face on the earth, maybe she is being held in the same location as the 30+ survivors of Benghazi and their families.

  • Remember Glenn’s scariest person in Washington-Cass Sunstein–stating that he was aware that many of the programs which would be “good” for the country were too radical to be done in one step so you just nudge, nudge, nudge, and eventually, you get what you want.

  • @RedFish, Remember when the topic of the day was Social Security reform and DreamWorks Harry said that the system was fine for at least the next 30 years, leaving unsaid that he will probably have passed on by then so it isn’t his concern.

  • While it may seem that Ms Lerner may seem to be apologizing for bad behavior on the part of these “low level” workers in Cincinnati, I think that she is actually apologizing to the puppet masters for getting caught. Do Ms Lerner and the puppet masters really expect us to believe that these low level workers devised this plan all on their own and it spread like wildfire to every IRS office throughout the country?

  • Or he could contact Gaffetastic Biden and his controllers–they seem to have a track record in turning idiotic, outrageous comments into just “Joe being Joe.”

  • Using what passé for logic in Toure’s world, we should put more guns on the street in order to reduce gun violence, remove all age limits for the purchase of tobacco products to reduce the number of smokers, etc. etc.
