  Killing without trial is murder. This cannot be allowed to stand. Basically, the government is telling us that they killed people but it’s ok because they are bad guys. We only have their word on that fact. What would happen to a soldier who just started blow up buildings because he thinks there is a terrorist inside even though no shots have been fired and no threats presented? He would go to jail.

  Because seeing eye dogs are very well trained but are almost universally chosen for non aggression. This is why golden retrievers are often chosen and German shepherds never are.

  The assignment doesn’t teach that Jews are evil or that Nazis were good. It teaches the importance of understanding propaganda. This is an important skill for someone who wants to grow up and not believe everything the MSM tells them.

  I’m sorry I’m as conservative as a person can be but this is stupid just like a lot of the stories about Common core. This is a thought exercise and an important lesson on propaganda, rhetoric, and debate. In a debating club your point of view on a subject is immaterial you are assigned a topic and a side to argue. It also goes a long ways towards making history feel real to students, something far too few feel, which helps encourage learning. These are important components of a classical education that are sorely missing in today’s society.

  You sound like a malcontent store employee who works on a commission and is bad at their job. You can’t expect every person who walks in to be interested in buying your products. Heck they are doing you a favor by spending time in your shop. Each person who enters your store has a certain percentage likelihood of buying something. Even if the person intends on looking at the product and buy it on amazon there is a chance you could convince them to buy it from you. Do you know the chance that a person will buy something from you if they never enter your store because you’ve started charging for the privilege of seeing your inventory? About as close to zero as is humanly possible.
