13% of the population, out of the 13, probably 10 people in the United States of America really give two SQUIRTS!

You might want to take a upper division Anatomy and Physiology class and learn about immunology and then come up with a cure.
Look into MHC1/MHC2, macrophages and dendritic cells and perhaps you might get a clue and that is just the adaptive end…

Lance – nicely stated.
Maggiesway – he made his amends and it would appear he took the proper steps to get help as well as getting help for his victims.
I don’t condone, but he is doing what is suppose to be done when we do wrong.

wow a real asset to society.
a contributor to the betterment of mankind aren’t you.
your drivel is a constant flow of nothing more than sarcasm and a over inflated sense of self and you get cheers for what?
re-evaluate, contribute, but for God sakes act mature and make a contribution of value and not over judgement.
World, continent, country, state, city, neighborhood, home...it's not the scale that defines if it is a social experiment...it is the arguable results which you extrapolate out to cover the rest of humanity.
I remember - years ago - there was a school that invited all the kids parents to stay over night at school and participate in an experiment...they oppressed those with brown eyes and showed favoritism to those with blue eyes. Within hours those with brown eyes were PO'd and visibly angry...even though there was no "reality" to the situation.
Also, the experiments at - was it Stanford - where they had students shocking other students for failing to answer questions correctly? Even to the point where the subject being shocked was in extreme pain. In reality. the people being shocked were just acting...but it showed how far people would go when directed by an authority figure to do something.

I think too many folks CAN’T self manage themselves.
I have worked from home as a Freelance designer for the past several years and I have also worked telecommute for a couple businesses.
I find it refreshing to act on my own to produce without the hinderance or overbearing watchful eye brow beating me. I am financially fiscal and time conscience and do better when I make the decisions…
Hack, your email says it all. You are a self-absorbed person who thinks you are better than others. The multiple uses of "I" is the hint.
Well SFHQ, your observations may well be correct, don't know, don't care whether Hack fits that description or not, since I don't know him. But that doesn't make what he said any less true. I've worked many side jobs over the years and have seen many of those types who will not lift a finger without needing someone to constantly watch over them to make sure they are doing their jobs.
I agree with you.
I will ask why is Drunk (or others with similar attitudes) so much more special than all the rest of us? I am not saying he is incompetent. In mine line of work it is usually those types of people we have the most trouble with….they don’t think they need direction, can do it on their own, there way is the right way, etc. We either need managers for everyone or we don’t. Even the CEO of a company has managers.
No offense, but someone’s version of being “productive” may be different than anothers. Who determines if someone is being productive or not? Certainly the individual being evaluated should not.
I believe we need to have managers to help keep the vision and direction of the company. I am not advocating for micro managers so don’t confuse what I am saying with that.
Drunk you are missing what this whole idea of Holacracy is promoting. It is blatantly Marxist. I read all the links detailing it in the article and all I could see was how this direction of management actually moves towards a society in their company that is actually void of individuals. not promoting individual excellence in any way. It does seem to advocate trimming out middle management which is easily almost always the most bloated and needlessly funded aspect of any company and government but there is a need to manage and delegate, hire and fire, make resolutions for inter and intra departmental conflicts as well as monitor interactions between a company and all of its internal and external customers. This hogwash they are selling here is the same old ideas that were promoted by Marx himself... getting to the idea of a genderless, raceless, ageless society within the company's confines of course. I have liked Amazon for many things but never have found the need to use Zappos. If this is the insane way they wish to move their company, I cannot imagine their customer service will improve which will put them at odds with Amazon itself.
Small business is under attack and small business NEEDS to thrive. medium and larger businesses HAVE to have management in order to channel the chaos.

Gee, let me think, what to do today on this lovely Sunday off?
Watch my Pats lose?
Go count my millions?
Go have sexy with my stunning wife?
Go out to a fancy diner?
Boy I am really hurting. My rings are really affecting my throwing hand.
Yeap, I think I will just start counting.
