  If the pencil is painted black, does that make it an “assault pencil”? If I hold up my coffee mug and say “bang” does it automatically become a bomb? Did the Spanish Inquisition (Monty Python) use assault pillows and assault comfy chairs! These people are trying to scare your children into fearing a gun or any reference to a gun.
