  They are two separate things. A well-regulated(trained… as in to keep regular you anachronistic ape) militia is necessary. The rights of the citizens to bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. Cops are illegal, the military (as it is currently financed) is illegal, the federalization of the national guards was/is illegal. The only legal law enforcement currently in Amerika is ELECTED sheriffs and their deputies.

  If you want to raise an army and finance it for two years at a shot… THEN you have a legal military. So not only are you violating the 2nd by requiring permits and anything that would exclude ownership for ANY free citizens (felons included)… you are violating the 2nd by NOT having a militia. You illogical, anachronistic, revolutionary war denying, law breaking, hypocritical, nuts keep forgetting that part.

  Now you have a new argument you never encountered before because you deal with talking-point spewers. Go ask someone how to think so you can try to counter it.

  Why don’t you take free speech away from felons? If you are free you CANNOT lose your rights. If you are that dangerous you should not be let out. If you are out, your debt is paid and ALL rights are yours… NOT the governments. Get a clue; define, support, protect, and be accountable for, yourself you worthless leech.

  What this judge did was act like a tyrant. He was playing around with the child and the kid was not being a smart*** when she said, “adios”. This is even more evident when she returns to the camera. No worry, no timidness, because she was just reciprocating his hypocritical playfulness. HE was being a snotty ***. Tyrant on a throne. The 5k was sufficient.

  Contempt of court? Who do you think is upholding and enforcing draconian laws? If you don’t have contempt for the courts you have a much greater issue. So in other words, you should go into a court and humiliate yourself and submit? No thanks. Courts are no longer structured to serve justice; they serve the egos of the judges.

  Except it was the farmers’ willingness to cut corners that lead us to poison pesticides on our food. It was the farmers’ lack of stewardship that lead us to nutrient-depleting, petroleum-based “fertilizers”. It was the farmers’ lack of understanding that lead to large monoculture crops that put their livelihood at risk.(big agra) It was then the laziness of the farmers that accepted, and continue to fight for, subsidies that the rest of us in the private sector do not get(or want). It was the farmers that started feeding cows corn and packing them on feed lots to reap E. coli and acidosis.

  The depictions of crops in this ad are from the farmers that failed humanity. I am a farmer. I am not that kind of farmer. Before the narrow-scoped view of the conservatives on this site, sling Saul Alinsky ad hominem “arguments”; I am not a liberal. By supporting the charity-case farmer; I assert that you are playing the part of a liberal/hypocrite.

  You are a moron and a tyrant that does not understand the constitution. The correct thing to do would be ban public schools. If this were a private school it would go out of business. But this group of communist, union teachers that failed to prevent this will continue to suck tax payer money without paying taxes.(You can’t pay taxes if you are paid with taxes. That’s just a rebate.)

  It says well regulated militia. And I know you know that because your liberal mentality I am sure has tried to use that as an argument no doubt. A militia is NOT a permanent standing army. It is a raised army of citizens. They bring their own guns. So not only shall the rights of citizens to bear arms not be infringed, but militias are required (necessary) by the constitution. Before you spew talking points mr. lib, that is not the illegal national guard, illegal pigs or illegal armed forces. Those are all permanent standing armies which are forbidden by the constitution. Troll pwnage.

  P.S. Regulate means to keep regular. In other words it means to ensure something not restrict it.

  Clarification: YOUR lord “jesus christ” was a Jew and had a Hebrew name. “Christ” is a title not a last name. So at the very least you should be saying “jesus” THE christ or christ “jesus”. His name was/is Yeshua. It means salvation. Don’t be afraid of his non-caucasianness.

  What there needs to be is a full privatization of schools instead of the communist idea of public education. My kids are home schooled yet I still pay $1300 a year in school taxes. I also pay more than many in my area due to my acreage. Why should I pay more based on land?!?!
