  • Well Mr. Gates…. how do you know that this situation would not have turned out to be something akin to Tehran hostage situation, for well over a year U.S. diplomats and staff were held hostage,,, and because of people like you, under the Carter admin who made drastic cuts in military spending,,,, when then Pres. Carter needed the military to pull his idiotic a$$ out of the fire the military miserably failed because of a lack of training and well oiled machinery. You bureaucrats disgust me. General Ham at AFRICOM had troops and equipment available but idiots like you sitting on your fat a$$es in DC were so politically paralyzed you could not find it in yourselves to give the go-ahead for any op to try and rescue those still remaining in Benghazi.
My guess is that Panetta was crapping himself at the thought of a rescue attempt – all that Hillary could probably think about was how this fiasco was going to affect her political aspirations, and Obummer ran upstairs to hide out in the White House residence, probably to get in his evening prayers (while facing well to the east-south-east) and then get a good nights rest for the big campaign event in Vegas.

  • Frostwind- I agree,,,,If you want to bolster that point of view here is some help, this article pretty much nails the effects of homosexuality on a society.

  • I kinda took exception to O’Rielly using the term ‘thumping the Bible’ but I also agree with his reasononing regarding using Biblical principles to make your point with another person that has absolutely zero regard for the Bible. Doing a bit of searching around I came across this article that states the case why marriage should not be redefined and it really helped, take some time (5 mins.) to read it through. Some actual critical thinking on the issue.

  • I am with Witness on this one, and I’ll add another couple of items. The Law of Biogenesis (only life can create life) must be discountinued by something or someone for evolution to occur but then you lose the debate because of the something or someone doing the discontinuing, a true evolutionist must prove Pasteur wrong on the biogenesis thingy. Also for the supposed millions/billions of years theory, and slow change (evolution) – the fossil record does not support the theory either. I also have problems with the evolutionists attempt to explain – conscience thought, natural law, morals, reasoning etc… the big bang theory counts on an enormous release of energy (BTW,where’d that energy come from) which would have killed every living thing contained in that concentrated mass and so according to the scientist evolution began with matter, can a rock contemplate about why it does not have a navel? which brings me to the last point how does an evolutionist answer the long hels question of which came first thee chicken or the egg ?
The Atheist scientists, such as Dawkins, needs to either drop the atheist part or the scientist part while conducting his search, because a scientist should not go into his research with any preconcieved notions and follow his findings factually wherever it leads him. Dawkins went on his search to prove that there is no God and that my friends ain’t science !!

  • Freedomlover_US – Marriage is a Biblical contract between a man and a woman instituted by God. Gay marriage is an infringement upon that whole concept. If gays want to have their ‘freedom’ to live with who ever they please, go for it. And I am tired of hearing about hospital visitation crap, if you don’t like the rules of the hospital get them changed for pete’s sake. I also do not care if homosexuals want to have civil unoions – geez, go for it, it is not marriage, because marriage was defined by God (BTW the same God that you reject) your argument just simply does not make much sense. This also is not a federal issue, if states want to have civil unions then do it, (most states it is still illegal to have homosexual relations, check the books) but do not re-define what God has ordained.

  • Well Freedomlover, using that argument, what If I was born with tendancies to steal from others, or a pathology to kill. All people are born into sin, all people are inclined to sin in some form or other, and it cannot be justified.

  • Tough decision, may God comfort you and your family. I know the feeling, but rest assured healing will come about. Soon good memories of Victor will begin replacing those memories of today, cherish them both. Prayers for you and your family.

  • Came across a Facebook page I Want My Blaze TV Directv. that is up to over 80 followers as of today 3/20, this is an attempt to convince DirecTV that we are serious about wanting The Blaze carried to their subscribers. At present it appears that they are swatting the individual requests away like flies, by grouping together with one unified message supported by many we may be able to convince them with deadlines of a large group exodus to a more consumer friendly market. BTW this is not a page I created, it just makes sense to go about it this way rather than to keep nipping at them. If you are a DirecTV subscriber please consider ‘like’ing this group on Facebook and help the numbers grow. I do not own the page but, I intend to plead that the discussion be kept civil, non-threatening, and fact based. thanks to all for your consideration.
