  Open carry is legal in all 50 states via the Second Amendment. All laws prohibiting such are illegal. Of course, what do you do when the government ignores its own laws and has the power to enforce whatever it wants?

  Read the 2nd very carefully it does not give you a right to own a gun it prevents the Federal (now National) Government from “infringing” on you right to own one. I wish people would read and understand the US Constitution so as to stop the US Government from taking our Liberty. But no they have to come on here and spew their stupidity. If you believe otherwise you are truly brainwashed and misinformed.

  Texas is like any other state they have a lot of punk cops on authority trips. I have a SWAT team member as a neighbor you should hear how he carries on about kicking the **** of anyone that looks at him wrong.

  Is it related to tax day or is mid-April just a good time for bombing?
  Maybe it’s retaliation for drone strikes in other countries.
  Now I suppose congress will make laws to prevent bombings (mirror gun control).

  If everyone here spent as much time writing Congress as the do commenting maybe just maybe Washington would listen. Senate and Congress members don’t care about what is written in the comment sites on the internet. They do however track and get briefed on what is written to them via their official email address. Take a few minutes every single day voicing your opinion to them and not just your direct representative but all of them. Be respectful but make sure they hear you load and clear. It is the American people that drive this country not a few hundred obtuse politicians in Washington. Phone calls really get their attention too.
