  • The problem with the endless extrapolation into the future is that it eventually needs an unlimited power source. We are quickly running out of easily available energy (oil). There will be a significant roadblock. The future may end up looking more like the 1900′s than this computer driven utopia.

Also our near term economic future is bleak at best. Based on our debt based world currencies, we have very limited growth left without collapse.

Dangerous is the claims of individuals who endlessly extrapolate into the future current trends.

  • What we are witnessing with disbelief and horror is >>>> the “End Cycle of all Democratic Republics”. This is the stage where the citizens and the oligarchs have been given the keys to the currency printing presses. The political process has no been monetized and co-opted. It always will end where it began. We shall return to slavery, wandering through a greater depression while the bankers, the professors, the professional politicians cling to the remaining parts of the government apparatus.

Systems are always perfectly designed for the results they obtain. Despite a carefully kept delusion to the contrary, the individuals in the various seats make no real difference. We once had a system that achieved the results it was designed for. Idiots, criminals and demagogues have monkey hammered it beyond any semblance of what it once was over the last hundred years. The result would have been the same.

Fix or replace? We would need a President, a Senate majority and a House majority all willing to take a chainsaw to the Fed and the DC bureaucracy at risk of their lives and livelihoods. At this point, replace. Time for a reset. Game over. The only person that really understood this and had the leadership and balls to do anything about the status quo has just got off the train.

When historians look back they will see that we had the choice to actually get rid of the status quo but we nominated the POS that is Romney and sure enough lost our country.

  • It’s called “social heredity” and is controlled by:
    churches
    schools
    media
it’s the learned social inputs that are planted in each citizens DNA derived from the consensus of current public opinion. It cannot be passed on to each heir thru physical heredity; it must be re-planted in each successive generation. If you control the churches, schools and media you can control the social heredity of entire generations.
In 1920 Paul would have had a better chance of being more mainstream… More people feared government then. Now, generations have been “nudged” toward the social DNA of trusting government.
until the 3 headed monster of social heredity can be re-claimed and nudged back to a more conservative message, consensus will skew towards communism… And Ron Paul will remain a lone warrior for liberty…

  • FACT IS >>>>> WE ARE GOING OFF A CLIFF WITH EITHER OBAMA OR ROMNEY. It is too late to change course. We are looking at a currency collapse in the next few years. As soon as we loose our reserve currency status, our rates will spike and we will be TOAST.

Romney is not going to stop the train from going off the cliff. He has pledged not to touch SS, Medicare, Defense and along with Debt interest this accounts for 80% of the budget off the table. Basically same status quo.

Given that a majority of the US public is very uneducated from an economic standpoint, they are very likely going to blame this collapse on the politics on who is currently in office. I think we can agree that neither Obama nor Romney are going enact measures that will prevent this collapse.

Therefore, we need to ask our selves the following: Do we want an economic collapse under an “Overt Socialist” i.e. Obama? Or do we want the collapse during the administration of a RINO that supposedly (at least in the minds of the ignorant US public) stands for Free Market Capitalism?

I am scared of a back lash against Free Market Capitalism if the Economic Collapse happens during Romney’s administration. This could very well lead to the government enacting much harsher economic controls and lead to a totalitarianism state.

But if the Economic Collapse happens during the Obama administration, then the US public will more likely see the actual writing on the wall and finally return to Free

  • Hey guess what >>> There is no room for a non-fascist in either party.

What we are witnessing with disbelief and horror is the end cycle of all democratic republics. This is the stage where the oligarchs have been given the keys to the currency printing presses. The political process has now been monetized and co-opted. This experiment will always end where it began. We shall return to slavery, wandering through the greatest depression while the dependant enslaved citizens, banksters, the professional politicians cling to the remaining parts of the government apparatus.

Then the good men who have kept their guns, who value liberty more than life will organize and revolt. There will be blood. The country will return to local, maybe state government, and we will begin again with a new central government that will for a while be restrained. There will be a new burst of freedom, faith and prosperity as the cycle starts anew. In the digital, fiat age, this will happen sooner, not later.

Mr. conservative himself, William F. Buckly Jr. always urged others to vote for the right-most electable candidate possible. >>The problem with that advise is you can do just that and still drift ever leftward and/or statist. Well I refuse to do that anymore, I will stand my ground and say NO MORE! I will always vote my conscience from here on out. I will not vote for Democrat or Republican.

  • They are targeting veterans that are liberty minded. Brandan Raub advocates buying silver to end the FIAT money monopoly of the central banks. This was a warning shot to all the Liberty minded individuals. They certainly don’t like young veterans like Brandon who “CAN” fight for their liberties to be influential. BIG SIS has already put out “minders” to watch out for returning vets that are upset with the “administration”

    FOLKS this is scary stuff!

  • Here it is >>> There is no room for a non-fascist in either party!

Then the good men who have kept their guns, who value liberty more than life will organize and revolt. Much blood. The country will return to local, maybe state government, and we will begin again with a new central government that will for a while be restrained. There will be a new burst of freedom, faith and prosperity as the cycle starts anew. In the digital, fiat age, this will happen sooner, not later, so we are wise to position ourselves to secure our families.

The problem with that advise is you can do just that and still drift ever leftward and/or statist. Unfortionately this is what has been happening for about 100 years. Well I am here to say NO this time. Stand on PRINCIPLE, VOTE YOUR CONSCIENCE, DONT VOTE FOR ROMNEY.

  • HaHaHaHa. Funny, Paul Ryan didn’t you vote for the stimulus bill?? Yes you did. Sorry you can not talk “sound money” and “free markets” 2 months before the election and expect us to think you are now not a socalist just to get the Paul votes.

No not falling for that one. Pigs will fly before the Republican party embraces sound money.

  • Why Raising Taxes on the Wealthy Won’t Work

    August 27, 2012 at 4:11pm

    In reply to Economist.

Case in point with the above statement. I am not even sure you finished reading my post before you thought I was a big gov. liberal wanting to raise taxes and missed my point about monetary policy. WOW.

Well let me tell you IMO taxes should be 0%. But thats not the issue at hand now. You should finish reading my post.
