  I am also very disappointed in SE.
  There is no such thing as “Gay Marriage” or “Gay Rights”.
  Marriage is a RELIGIOUS RITE. Religions define it as a UNION of MAN and WOMAN.
  What happens in the Secular world can happen with or without religion: Civil Union or Domestic Partnership.
  This isn’t a “gay right” but “human right” or “civil right”.

  I fully support getting the GOVERNMENT out of MARRIAGE. They should only be responsible for the LEGAL aspects of what we now call “marriage”. In that way, if 2 man, 2 women, a man and woman, decide to live together and benefit, legally, from that relationship, they SHOULD be able to. It is called “equality under the law”. And it has NOTHING to do with Marriage.
  Marriage should be governed by Religion. Each religion should be able to define their religious “marriage rite” as whatever they understand it to be, and that should have no affect on the “law”.
  In this way, people may choose if they want a religious marriage, or just a secular union. Either way, they are perfectly free to choose.
  Further, it gets Government out of Marriage (out of Religion) AND it gets Religion out of Government (as far as marriage goes).
  Everyone should be happy at that point.
  Of course, someone will find something to complain about, but most people will have what they want, equality and freedom.

  This is just another one of those instances, like Marriage, where the Government has gotten involved in Religion, in violation of the 1st Amendment.
  Each Church should be able to set their own restrictions. Then the Church-Goers can decide if that Church meets their requirements and respects their freedoms.

  Putting in a runway and helicopter landing pad, and a professional level 18 hole golf course…
  Then turning the silo into a 5-Start hotel, all underground…
