It has to do with the display one is viewing it with I think? On a calibrated monitor such as mine it appears closer to gold and white. Of course the picture has poor exposure and white balance explaining why it does not represent the clothing true color.

The moment red-light camera starting getting deployed I said to myself that the duration of the yellow lights would be tampered with. If I were a money grabbing bureaucracy that’s what I would do. A few years later, my hunch was confirmed.

There isn’t a digitally wired information system on the planet that is truly secure. There are plenty of hackers that penetrate these so called secured sites from the comfort of their basement while sitting in their underwear. This is the new normal.
