  I live in Florida and I noticed this and have been saying this for years now. The DAMN yellow lights are timed for shorter durations. It’s a simple, obvious method to increase red light running yet people thought I was just blowing smoke.. If I were a greedy bastard like the govt, thats what I would do. So damn obvious. Get rid of all the damn cameras. If there isn’t a human issuing tickets then they should all be invalid.

  So what if he did. That happened to me and I came back and completed 2 yrs in 1 and with the top of my class. Teens are pretty prone to mistakes but those that learn and recover from them are that much wiser.

  I knew a homeowner who rented his house out in that same neighborhood years ago. One day he got a call from police asking him if he was the homeowner, he told them yes and came over to find out that his tenants had converted the house into a grow house and were busted. Westchester is a decent middle class neighborhood but thats where the growers like to go.

  Yet another reason I left Miami.
