  When a native American wears the War Bonnet it is called a War Bonnet. When a non-native American pays homage to the native Americans by wearing a replica… it is called a Headdress… a fashion item which one has every right to wear. And pardon me but if the Squash Blossom is so sacred why do the Navajo and Hopi sell them in great quantities to anyone with the money? Squash Blossoms are big money for Navajos and if I pay them the price to buy one you bet I’ll wear it where and when I want. BTW… I was born here so doesn’t that make me a Native American too? There’s a double standard going on here. “Political Correctness is lying to avoid Reality”…
