  If Ed Henry still want to be a real journalist when he grows up the he should simply ask Jay Carney why the President accepts that a baby born on USA soil, of illegal immigrants, is a citizen but a baby born in a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic is not a citizen? The only truthful answer Carney can give is that it is because of INTENT and not LAW which determines that some children are disposable and others are potential constituents.

  For universal background checks and a gun registry to work effectively, every person who wishes to purchase any gun would have to certify that there is A: no personal history of criminality, B: no personal history of mental disorders, C: no relationship to a person with a history of criminality, D: no relationship to a person with a history of mental disorders.

  That means we have to become a soviet styled police state and submit to the presumption of guilt and conviction in all matters without the recourse of appeal – bearing the burden of having to prove the State wrong – and live under a constant inspection and review regime that would no doubt bring the knock on the door in the middle of the night.

  What makes this so offensive to everyone, and apparently now the ACLU is lining up with the pro-gun advocacy on major principles of the issue, is that those who wage this offensive on the enumerated rights of the Bill of Rights expect themselves to be The State. Perpetually.

  Once inside the tent there is room for nothing else but the Bear.

  Politics is supposed to be a contact sport of sorts. It’s not supposed to be pretty. It just needs to be effective. What the Modern Obama Liberals & Democrats {the MOLD} do is extremely effective on the Low Information Constituent that turns out in their precincts. They don’t care, the MOLD nor the LIC, about budgets or balancing them or even the question of how to pay for entitlements. All they care are about is keeping the give aways flowing. It’s all about the MOLD vote buying the LIC. Considering the state of Public Education in the USA today, there are millions of LICs being harvested by the MOLD every year.

Not surprised if a Federal Hunting License becomes a Democrat initiative for new Revenue. They could erase the federal deficit by the business volume in Democrat political precincts like Chicago, NOLA, and DC.

  Reckoning nothing more than the disastrous effect of Obama’s profligate spending and generational slavery incurred by unsustainable debt, I think it can be argued successfully, to persuasively change the political will of the American People, that Obama’s Deficits & Debt burden are objectively designed to foment insurrection and rebellion against the United States – thus, by constitutional mandate, nullifying the obligations generated by him and his Progressives in Congress.
