With a family like the criminal had it is no wonder things turned out the way they did. Maybe if they had tried a little tough love somewhere he would have been working a job, and been a worthwhile citizen. I would say that when the criminal heard the the report as the shot was fired it was warning enough. Why give the creep time to go for his weapon, and fire first.

How many of our liberties, and freedoms are you willing to surrender to the government. There have always been, and always will be dangers from some sort of act by one, or a group of people.
We can not hide in a government shell begging for protection, with the only price being our constitutional rights, and freedoms. People in power say the constitution is flawed, they say that because it doesn’t allow them to act as a dictatorship which is what they would like, and never be accountable, but they are trying to tear down the constitution one small piece at a time .. I again will use my favorite quote Benjamin Franklin “Those willing to give up liberty for security deserve neither and will lose both.”

So many Americans have surrendered their liberties, and freedoms to the government at times when
the government stated it was needed as a temporary action so they could provide safety for the citizens. They blame it all on 9/11, and we were promised TSA , was much like the Patriot act, would be a temporary measure. I hope all have learned that those in Washington never give back what they have robbed from us because it makes them more powerful. We should never again give any of our constitutional rights away for any reason. ~ Benjamin Franklin said it best, and we should all pay heed, “Those willing to give up liberty for security deserve neither and will lose both.”

Right now we have the true mentally ill confined to a large degree to the liberal states, such as N.Y., and California. Two things worrying me are that N.Y. will chase their many nuts to other states, and once there they will fight to bring about a liberal agenda, thereby spreading the illness they are afflicted with.
The second thing that concerns me is if they start cleaning out the fruitcakes in N.Y. city , they will be left with no politicians ( hmm come to think of it that part doesn’t worry me).

A woman so perverse that the crime she was able to escape justice on her crime that will haunt us for years to come. Now I am sure she now plans on writing a book on the torture she feels she has endured. What a load of crap, like some serial killers she will keep turning up in the news even though she pretends not to want to be a news item. The only reason she went into hiding was that there was such a huge number of people out there that just wanted to get one punch in that evil sluts nose. Wish she had had only a shred of regard for that poor child.
