Which part of “Shall Not be Infringed,” is so hard to grasp?

Oh, I agree he’s a brain dead idiot, but the fact is; “We have allowed our Government to Enslave us to the Government Teet.” BTW isn’t it interesting how our President is allowed to invoke the Race card, and label people terrorists, but regular Joe is not allowed to open this discussion, or stand against an oppressive govt.?” Why is that?

Great! The Progressive scourge are eating their own…..

  • April 24, 2014 at 11:45am

The Ole Boy, ain’t too articulate, is he? If you take out the “Racial” element, and insert the “Collectively Oppressed,” he has a fair point. Fact is, “The Kept Society” we have created, is exactly where all the inner city violence stems from. Show me a time when finite resources (in this case welfare) have been distributed and “Mob Rules” did not ensue.

OK, I’m gunna step in it here. I believe and have for some time that these energy sources considered “Green,” especially Solar, should be used for infrastructure support. Here’s what I mean. Nat. Gas Cobined cycle plants can’t run without an outside energy source to pump the nat. gas to the plant. It’s not a high energy demand and could be served by solar panels. It would save coal inventories for, get this, “Future Generations.” Similarily, nuclear needs an outside source to run the shielding in and out. It’s not about “Global Warming” it’s about saving the resources, and making more cost effective energy that we should be concerned with.

Jimminy ****, I think you’re holding back a little……Are you saying Reid is an “Enemy of the State?” If so I agree

    I have been grousing around and exposing these “land Grabbers” (USFWS, Trust for Public Land, Nature Conservancy, State Game depts, etc) for about 2 years now. Why this idea eluded me until now, well, only God can answer that. If you have time go to, and You will find that they have a one size fits all land aqusition plan, and the Govt. agencies have learned from their lead. They always form grassroot splinter groups and fund land aquisition through them, then pull their tax exempt status out to defund the area. They set up “Land-Use agreements and dictate to the surrounding owners. Here’s my thought;
Why don’t we start our own “Conservation Program?” Who knows more about conservation, than a conservative? There is a great tract of land coming up for sale in Oregon, at Grants’ Pass. We can use the same memes to get exemption, but by for future generations, we mean: “Build a 1000yd, pistol, and 3gun range to teach good firearm skills, or in the mountains have a $5 fee to have families pick huckleberries, etc. We will do our version of offsets, partition grazing land so its “Sustainable.” Use the words; “Common sense, Common goals, future generations, sustainability, stakeholders, blah, blah, blah. People we have to answer to these grabs with grabs of our own……We can do this. It will take some help from the right people, to set it up.

Is Bundy “In the Right” here? Not even. Is he “Right” for doing this? On some level he is. Here are some fundemental truths. “The Homesteading Act,” was enacted in 1862. I provided for settlement on 160 acres of “Public Land.” In 1874ish they upped the land allotments to 230 acres, I believe. The “Homesteading Act” ended in 1974. That means that the three generations of Bundys who occupy that territory, should have been able to accrue about 610 acres collectively. Why didn’t they? More important, why did those Fed acreage inventories not wind up into State ownership?
Can you imagine what it would be like to have your neigbors “Collectively Coerced” out of their homes, ultimately leaving you to stand alone? It’s happening all around us. Personnally I feel Glenn is disenfranchising folk that are willing to follow his lead. Part of being a leader is learning to cultivate people’s skills (no matter how unsavory) into a useful part of the game. Similarily, I agree with Glenn that we HAVE NOT utilized all of our resources first. It’s when I wasn’t thinking about this fiasco, that one small possible solution popped im my feeble mind. Please read next post!

We have 3 examples from the 20th century and one from the 18th to juxtapose this Progressive movement to. In the 3 20th century cases, the populace didn’t fight back; in the 18th century our founders did. Which group would you say are glad they did what they did? That said; consider this…..Glenn may be protecting his followers. That’s what I would do if I suspected, say, the NSA was collecting statements from my website.

  • April 15, 2014 at 3:55pm

I don’t advocate starting this deal either; however I do support “We the People” bearing arms at these confrontations. Problem is Glenn; This isn’t Ghandis’, King’s, Jesus’ or the Founder’s situation. Our situation is unique, as were their causes. Ask yourself this: “At what point did the Russians, Chinese, and Jews in Germany think, If we would have only not surrendered our means of protection?” Furthermore, how can you say, “we can have a difference in opinion” one week, and the next say, “If you don’t believe what I believe, then I don’t want you around?” Your vision of God’s will is not any better than anyone else’s. Not a fair POV! BTW not all Revolutions have to be Violent…..You of all people should know that. Please don’t be a tool

    Cowardly Act……Period!

  • April 14, 2014 at 10:43pm

OK, pay attention Glenn. God has a plan here. Think about this; The whole Bundy incident was essentially defused without any innocents getting hurt. Now Reid is going to elevate this thing again, for no apparent reason. This doesn’t play well for the Progressives, which I believe are inspired by pure evil. We are not put upon the Earth to question God’s Will, nor do we have a lock on his intentions. Humility and Humble perception of our place in this could go a long way. I’m personnally being inspired to expose “Land Grab Vehicles” and their ancillary effects. I have volumes on it. Could use some help from a pro though :)

  • April 14, 2014 at 10:21pm

Gosh, I like Glenn, but….he may be correct on the “Rights Occupy juxtaposition.” The rub is that, it is entirely possible that those folk (militias, etc.) were inspired by GOD. The fact is; their presence kept some very innocent folk from being injured or even killed. Glenn does not have a lock on God’s Will, and believing he does may be an indication that he has inflated himself above God himself. It’s a bit of a confusing stance, really.

  • April 14, 2014 at 1:49pm

Glenn and I usually see things similarily, however I’m going to give a slightly different POV.
Bundies premise for support is slightly off base. He should be fighting to attain said property, rather than claim he has a “Right” to it. Not once has he said, “I offered to buy 10,000 acres.” While that is soaking in, consider this: When the protestors assembled, they were put in “Holding Pens (Free Speech Zones),” “Prodded (Tasered),” and then fell under the threat of being “Murdered (Yes, cops shooting unarmed protestors is murder). In short, they were being treated like “Common Animals.” Unfortunately for the Fed, they are not “Common anythings.” They have the ability to meet overwhelming force with equal or overwhelming force themselves. We have police shooting innocents in the streets for simply stepping forward in some cases. One could easily argue that the Revolution has already started. Patriots did not fire the first shots….The govt. did! Read these incidents: You will be shocked by how many were justified due to a knife being in the house. That said, we need to concentrate on the “Organized Land Grabs.” Search “Trust for Public land controversy,” and Nature Conservancy controversy.” Look into your state fish and wildlife land aquisitions. You Will be really torqued off!!!! Ask this question; Why weren’t these western public lands subjected to homesteading

  • April 11, 2014 at 8:52pm

He’s right….Well mostly right. Bottom line is, “This government is not allowing redress of “We the People’s” Grievances. It’s time to start the party, you know it, I know it, we just have to organize and do a PPT for the right folk with money and other resources. Victim or Patriot? All you have to know!

  • April 11, 2014 at 8:48pm

He is correct…Yellow lights shoud be set at 1sec per 10mph, with a “fudge factor” which includes a .5sec inclusion. Towns like Pullman WA have them set at half. College town……

Ex-Post Facto was here long before these Prohibitum statutes……Remember back in 94′ when the NRA supported Domestic Violence statute was enacted? Over night millions who had made mistakes previous, had their 2nd Amendment Right pulled. This has the equivalency of creating a mandatory sentencing statute, and then retroactively applying it to persons who have served their sentence. It needs to end immediately! An article on addressed this a few days ago. Interestingly, there was a SCOTUS case early on that addressed it. Here is the bias for which EP-Facto is judged. 1st. Every law that makes an action done before the passing of the law, and which was innocent when done, criminal; and punishes such action. 2d. Every law that aggravates a crime, or makes it greater than it was, when committed. 3d. Every law that changes the punishment, and inflicts a greater punishment, than the law annexed to the crime, when committed. 4th. Every law that alters the legal rules of evidence, and receives less, or different testimony, than the law required at the time of the commission of the offence, in order to convict the offender. All these, and similar laws, are manifestly unjust and oppressive.
“Victim or American?” That’s all you have to ask yourself
