What do we call Rule/Law making Agencies that Enforce Punitive Punishments not outlined by our Elected Reps? That’s right; Taxation w/o representation, that are handing out “Titles of Nobility,” which create “Bills of Attainder,” “coerce contracts,” and “apply them Ex Post Facto.” Too many to list, but just think; “Civil Forfeiture.”

Wonder if the Ayatollah will find himself walking that statement back? Nope, that’s only the PC Progressives that would surrender w/o a shot.
Even the worst video games I've seen don't allow you to kill children. Unless you count dead space 1 and 2, but they're already annoying little monsters by the time you get to them.

“We take the safety of our service members, our DoD civilians, and the families who support them very seriously, and Secretary of Defense Ash Carter is currently reviewing recommendations from the services for making our installations and facilities safer – including our recruiting stations,” Pentagon press secretary Peter Cook said in a statement.
Obviously not seriously enough.

Police were on the theater property and it still takes a certain amount of time to respond. He could have had the same effect with a knife or hammer.
That said, he had disguises, only been in town for 2 weeks, different plates on car. This was a diversion to side track LE so he could rob banks today. Probably a Progressive who went off his meds. Time will reveal.

Strangely, spot on. Disarmament of Govt. institutions is not about “Safety,” it’s about “Demonization.” Look at our military for example….

If this doesn’t make you understand how far down the hole we are; nothing will. At some point we will have to fight to save our country.

Clark went on to say, “If these people are radicalized and they don’t support the United States, and they’re disloyal to the United States, as a matter of principal — fine, that’s their right. It’s our right and our obligation to segregate them from the normal community for the duration of the conflict.”
By his definition, he and other Progressives should be jailed immediately. More important, this has never been a properly “Declared War.”
Could you point out specifically in those amendments where it states that we must not regulate guns, particularly when addressing mental incapacity, dementia, or Alzheimer's please?
The Second Amendment is quite clear, the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. Now the Constitution says people, not states, and not militias. It is stated as an individual right and meant as so.
So now, you want to regulate the right of senior citizens to own arms perhaps of fear of incompetence. How many nursing homes have been shot up by angry seniors? What kind of social chaos has been created by criminal oldsters bearing arms? It doesn't sem to come close to a compelling government interest needed to regulate a right.
