I was pointing out RICO’s probable misapplication about 30 years ago, only to hear “well you must have something to hide.” We can make this Progressive BullSnort law a memory and sqaure up Progressives while we do it. It’s called “Policy Coupling.”

All the Large Cities are Amateur Rioters compared to Seattle. They occasionally throw “Blood Drives” just to organize a Protest to nowhere afterwards. Just wait until one of these incidents takes place there. Just the brain dead doing as brain dead do……

This person and the individual on Hannity’s show seem to elude to a “Hand to Hand” drug deal. They further admit to most on the force knowing Freddie. I found that fascinating because “If I were a group of say 5 cops in sting operation, I would have arrested the ‘receiver’ of said substance.” After all we want an air tight case, right? Something not passing the smell test….
That would be Hannity methinks,
I love when Seany says stuff like "I don't roll that way."

I merely grabbed an article to get folks heads in the game. You read only the opinion aspect of the article. May I be so bold as to suggest you pull up EO 13603 and read it so we can discuss it intelligibly?
It's worth noting that the article you linked pretty specifically says that EO 13603 does NOT allow the president to seize peoples' property.

“She added that Gray was apprehended without any probable cause, and said officers “illegally arrested Mr. Gray.”
This is the most important sentence in the article, and germane to this case. This reminds me of when the Nobel Peace Messiah tells us “I heard about it the same way you did,” and no one asks, “what are you going to DO about it?”
reasonable grounds (for making a search, pressing a charge, etc.).
In my opinion, making eye contact then running is probable cause. I am not saying that IF they did cause his death they should not be punished, but Gray had a hand in his own demise by being a criminal just one month out of jail, and giving them reason to believe he had something to hide. If he acted on them like the wonderful citizens of Baltimore did on Monday night, it might explain excessive force. Besides, he still could have dies the way it was suggested, just they got their sacrifices. If I were a Baltimore policeman, I would not TOUCH or LOOK at another perp. Let them police themselves. They will die out in a month. With that said, since they got their sacrifices, NOW....fore the mayor who put all of the good cops in danger with her racists actions, prosecute ALL of the identifiable rioters, and take the costs of repairs out of their food stamps and FI. Now it's whitey's turn. NO JUSTICE..NO PEACE!

It’s hard to see where this ancillary violence and looting advance the cause. Even worse, they take it out on the cops (symptom) and not the Leadership (disease). Time to cure the disease. Best way, “Quit Paying Them!”

Judicial Review based on “Moral Terptitude” is wrong as well. We have 3 branches that have gone off the rails. In fact, it’s time for the 4th branch (We the People) to correct it. they have been allowed power to inflict “Punitive Punishments” and therfore they are created as “Nobility.” Playing lose and fast with the terms does not change the facts. Bottom Line, those Agencies are created under “Titles of Nobility” thus they are Unconstitutional. Will leave you with this tid-bit.

Not only does Article 1, Sec. 1 address “Agency Lawmaking,” but Article 1, Secs. 9 and 10 reaffirm it with the “Title of Nobility” Clauses.
Take some time and start taking specific clauses from the Constitution, pump them into Wikipedia or whichever place, and learn about the true attributes of those clauses. Our Founders were complete geniuses.
For example; I never understood why they insinuated “Bill of Attainder” into the same sentence with “Ex Post Facto.” For years I have tried to champion the erradication of Ex Post Facto Laws based on the premise that “if an EPF goes on the books, then all that is required is a redefinition of ‘illegal’ to give them full prosecutorial discretion.” What I didn’t understand was that “Bill of Attainder” is essentially an “Arbitrary decision of what is illegal.” Now I know why they are in the same sentence. Have been studying the Constitution very deeply ever since…….

Iran is negotiating like they already have the “Unit,” and the Nobel Peace Messiah is trying to sell this deal like he knows they have the “Unit.” Guess we will have to assume that they have the “Unit.”
May I be so bold as to suggest we prepare ourselves for the worse?

Or, some rogue element brewed up a fairly easy concoction in a motel room…..

Either fight it on “Contractual Grounds” as outlaid in Article I, Sec. 10 of the Constitution; or only offer Man/ Woman on single color/Flavor cakes; or no more than 2 colors/ species of flowers in arrangements. Be done with it…..

Perhaps if they would quit raping our children, padding their retirements, and playing the victim long enough, they could enroll in a gun safety course. Who knows, once they show a vested interest in the children, they just might do their jobs and “Teach” so we can be respected around the world again….

It’s not unusual for children to raise a fuss, when confronted by true progressive evil. I don’t see the problem here….

Have been pushing that notion myself. Strangely, I only hear crickets for response. It’s as if no one wants to seek a fairly peaceful, yet semi-destructive method. Even stranger, they seem geared to war as a solution…..

As I have repeatedly pointed out with the “Ex Post Facto” gun bills of 1934, 1968, and 1996; “Now all they have to do is ‘redefine’ what it means to be illegal.”
That’s what all that “Bill of Attainder” and “Ex Post Facto” stuff protects against……

Oh, it will pass!
Think of the narratives being forwarded by “OUR” government at this time; “We have to stop groups like ISIS from recruiting over the Net,” Our children are being subjected to harmful websites all the time, companies not favored by the government sell over the net, etc.”
Point is, the next stop will be a “Government Issued Internet Pass Code.” It will be done in the name of “Net Safety.” Before it’s done you won’t be able to “Buy or Sell” without the Governments OK. Seems like I read something about that somewhere. Hmmm?

Mike’s dead on here. This is especially true—>”QVC had confused qualifications with competency.
Perhaps America has done something similar?”
All college really does is makes us “indoctrinated” not “Ingrained with knowledge.”
I went to the university late in life. When I got back, someone asked me, “Are you any smarter now?” My response, “All I got was educated. Intelligence and education are two different animals.”

If what she’s saying is, “We need to help the Middle East produce viable FREE societies,” then I happen to agree. If what she’s saying is, “The top down model we use here in the States is best,” then I say burn her at the stake.
As hard as this concept is to grasp, Islamic Extremists, Homeland Gang Members, and Progressives are born from the same “Welfare Mother.” Mob rules always ensue when tyrannically held finite resources are the only game in play. History proves it time and again…..

If this was about “Human Rights Violations” we would have been cleaning up Africa and Saudi Arabia, a very long time ago. No, it’s about “Oil” or as the power brokers like to say, “Security in the Region.”
