  BS is what it is. There are two people bicycling on the trail to the right of pier with a dog. In the middle of the day someone is going to drag a body out into the open?   We know of a man whose wife and two children and himself are all collecting disability. Apparently his brother is a doctor and authored the necessary paperwork for this family to receive disability and the father laughs about it. He fishes every day and has no disability whatsoever except for the fact that he doesn’t know how to cast to save his life. Loser!
  We know another loser who collects disability and uses his cane only at the end of the month in his words, (“Just in case someone is watching him”).
