Would you guys like to hear something peculiar and funny? The guy who attacked me inside of my apartment said that he was an under-cover Sheriff with a gun. In the DISCOVERY STATEMENT of the report, given to me by my attorney, Mark Madson of Ft. Collins, CO. was searched by ambulatory crew and was found to have a box of 9mm ammunition. Mark Madson stated that he walked appx. 1/4 of a mile across a very dark field to a bar/gas-station called JJ”S on Harmony and Taft. When searched by the ambulatory crew, Mr. Madson claimed that he walked to JJ’s and found a green-bag with a box of Kleenex inside; inside of the box of Kleenex was a box of 9mm ammunition. The Sheriffs asked Madson if the bag seemed “unusually-heavy”. Madson stated, “No. I was too shaken-up by the incident to have noticed the weight.” He also stated, “I’m a convicted FELON. I can’t own a gun.” THEN!! When he arrived at the hospital. he was searched and the hospital staff found to have a pocket-full of 9mm rounds inside of Madson’s pockets! I wish I could show all of you the DISCOVERY STATEMENTS but, obviously, I can’t due to legal advise. Sorry, my fellow people. There is so much more that I need to share with you all that shows that these people are full of crap. One other thing…He was high on opiate pain-killers at the time! I will share more with you when I can. MAKE THIS VIRAL!!!

    Hey, Ranger~

I have no training in nunchucks. They were a gift from my brother and I had them on my t.v. stand. I was getting punched inside of my home and had to do something. I am a former U.S. Marine and have the exact kind of training that you do. The guy who broke into my home said he had a gun. What else was I supposed to do? Thank you for you service and Happy Veteran’s Day! OORAHH!

    Hi, Eric:

Ken John, who runs Homeless Gear, let me know one of his new volunteers interacted very poorly with you at the gear distribution last week. I am so sorry! Ken feels terrible about it, and was hoping he could contact you himself.

Would you let me pass along a phone number where he could call you?

Zach talked to me about it, too, and was so impressed by your calm response. Good for you, to take the high road. I hope everything else is going well for you.

These guys that are claiming that I attacked them are “Home-less, drug using, street-types”. Yes. Look into the records of these guys and you will see that they are insane people. I also have another witness, Susan Wymer, that has stated that she saw that the guys were wasted drunk that night. For Heaven’s sake, my neighbor, Joe at 4031 Goodell Ln., apt. 2, was hiding around the corner 2 nights before this incident with his kitchen knife in hand while wasted off of a bottle of Vodka and I dis-armed him gently; yet, I didn’t call the police on him because the situation was handled and he is a fellow veteran. When the guy pushed his way into my apt. while punching me, I handled the situation and did not feel the need to call the police. My email address is If you have any comments you’d like to share, email me and label it “ERIC GLUKOWSKY-MAKE MY DAY LAW SUPPORT”. God bless all of you and your guts to stand-up for what is right. I admire you all. ~Eric Glukowsky

My Fellow Citizens, Wow! You guys are amazing people. Yes. You are right. The reason why I didn’t have a gun is because I am on probation for a DUI- I got hit by someone, not by my fault, and because I had sleeping meds. that were prescribed to me by the Veterans Admin. in my system, I got a DUI. I am not into illegal drugs so, drop that one. Your comments are awesome and hilarious. No. I do not want to be made out to be a hero. It is a plain and simple fact that the guy pushed his way into my apartment while bad-mouthing me, after stating that he was an under-cover Sheriff and had a gun, and I defended myself. The guy hit me several times on the head and face-you can see that in my pretty mug-shot photo. It is quite amazing that 99% of you realize that the whole story wasn’t told. Here’s a question: was the blood on the “other guy” his or the blood of his friend that broke into my apt. I used necessary force to get him out, then locked my door behind me. When the Sheriffs shot 40mm rounds through my apt. while I was asleep, I awoke and called 911 to report that someone, whom I believed to be the guy that pushed his way into my apt., had thrown rocks through my windows. The dispatch the told me that it was the Sheriff’s Dept., then asked me to come out. I got dressed, then came out without incident. I love my Police and Sheriffs but, the people making their statement are lying to protect themselves. My girlfriend will make her statement that concurs with mine. She saw i
