Spanky’s message to children born with bone cancer and AIDS. “There is no God and you just have sh***y luck. Too bad for you.” Very uplifting Spanky, I suggest a different occupation than motivational speaker. I imagine your life is fantastic.

So when Mr. Fry comes upon a child with bone cancer he just says “wow that sucks to be you, you have nothing to look forward to so why don’t you die”. That’s one wise and compassionate dude.

That is the great thing about God, he does not force you to believe in Him. C.S. Lewis said it best. The believer says to God, your will be done. To the non believer God says, your will be done. Hell is defined as eternity without God and He would never force you to believe in Him.

I have never seen more blatant, venomous, malice contempt for this countries citizens from its government then our current government, both democrats and some republicans.

As a Royals fan I like your icon, however, this horrid law that was approved by congress despite what the citizens wanted and then rewritten (as if it had the authority to do so) by the supreme court (john Roberts specifically), will end up being as effective at providing quality healthcare to citizens as the Royals have been achieving another trip to the world series in the last 20 years.

Can we just call Rove and republicans like him “democrat lite” and be done with that part of the republican party?

How do individuals honestly reconcile with themselves that they are good people when they advocate corporations pull funding from a very moral, upright, good intentioned program like the Boy Scouts and turn around and advocate for the right to kill unborn children as a form of birth control? We are living in a very unique and twisted time. Right is wrong and wrong is right.

MLK’s dream is fulfilled that one day we will all be judged by the content of our character rather than the color of our skin…….mmm…well…maybe not.

Lobbyist already run our government. What is required is term limits with the concept of no association with lobby groups for ten years after leaving office.

Pointing out liberal hypocrisy is too easy. They argue that you cannot tell a woman what she can or cannot do with her body yet wholly embrace Obamacare which has 2400 pages of how the government will dictate your personal healthcare decisions.

If you would like a view of countries with an anti-christian background there are several from history including Germany with Hitler, Russian with Stalin (great times if you didn’t mind starving or being shot for for having a religious belief). Also, I find it funny that some individual on here blame God for children starving and neglect while hundreds if not thousands of christian missionaries are trying to help those people while they just sit on their ignorance and act like its someone elses responsibility.

And why is it I never hear of islamic, or hindu, or atheistic missons that help the less fortunate? hmmmm

America is not a christian nation BUT it was founded and created primarily by christians who had unbending christian principals.

I don’t get Coulter complete admiration of Romney. His stance on most issues are really not that different from Obama. I’ve seen very recent interviews where he stated that he “is fine with the tax code and rates where they are right now”. I don’t think Santorum is all that great either. Unfortunately, its just his personality that seems to come off awkwardly to many people. Is there anyway we could start over and actually get some conservatives that are consistent and actually can explain their positions is a simple and effective way?

OK. Dividedwefail you cannot really be as stupid as you seem or at least I hope not. Your idiotic statement essentially stating a woman can abort a baby the day before labor begins if she wants might be one of the most illogical statement I have seen on here. You do understand that after the baby is born it cannot survive without the care of someone for about 3 years. They are still essentially dependent upon someone to keep them alive. I implore you never ever ever to have children and if you already do I feel for them.

unfortunately, with all this coverage and mr. Brennan’s views, he will probably be highly recruited by many public schools to teach. That’s why I send my kids to private christian schools, even though I am forced to continue to pay insanely high property taxes to support public indoctrination schools. I don’t mind brennan presenting his views to his class as long as there is another person he can bring in that can teach the kids the opposing viewpoint with clarity.

you must live on the east or south side of des moines because Roosevelt is not affluent or rich kids by any means and the only poorer sections of town are east and south (roosevelt is central). They have as many minorities as south and east side schools as well. Which is very few considering Des Moines is >90% white. Either way the assignment is ridiculous for any group of kids. Communism is not a classless society, there are only two classes the workers and the elites and they stay that way for life no upward mobility or chance to escape to a higher income bracket. All workers are equally poor.

These guys are no different than Obama with the means testing for SS and Medicare. What they are saying is there are going to be some people that pay into this program that will receive no benefit…ie income redistribution…same as Obama..disgusting!!
