  There is plenty of fraud cases.
  Also s category of people that might not look disabled that cannot
  preform the work that they were trained to do.
  A 50 year old semi educated Carpenter might lift a baby
  but there would be no way that he could preform strenuous consistent labor.
  Try and reeducate some one that old into a computer programer and see how far you will get.
  This is were the attending physician must be the final judge on a person total condition.
  Once the doctor says your are disabled it had for some to over rule his prognosis.

  The very law that all Gun laws are based on

  You can fail a back ground check for many reasons
  And you don’t have to be a felon to do it.
  Get a number wrong on you Driver license
  Someone with the same or similar name that has been ban.
  Here are two example that happened near here.
  One guy worked for a near by city, they had a bucket of old paint.
  The worker asked his supervisor what to do with it.He was told to
  dump it in the land fill.
  Long story short was convicted of a felony spent 6 Mo. in jail(a year and a Day) sentence
  The day make you a felon,
  When he got out tried to get his job back and was told they did not Hire felons
  (Ocean Shores Washington State)
  The next one 40 year old man decides to go to Alaska fishing.Decides to buy a hand gun ( Big bears up there)
  Gun Denied When he was 14 years old on his dirt bike the police tried to stop him on the beach and he took off across the sand Dunes.The police knew him and went to his home and made him license his bike .
  If you are seven years old And chew on your pop tart and it looks like a gun you are SOL for life.
  This Nation is in deep need of some Extensive mental health care.

  They make a big issue that thousands of people were turned down on back ground check.
  but only 80 or so were prosecuted.
  Well you don’t have to be a felon to fail a back ground check.
  A divorces were the attorney filed a joint restraining order will do it.
  many are mistaken identity. some one with similar name .
  A recovered alcoholic might not have drank in years.
  Or some one that ran from the police when he was a kid, will lose there right for life.
  Big brother will be looking for some one to make spectacle out of.
  This is the same kind of over kill that led to Waco.
