There is already an ability to remove activist judges. It is called impeachment. According to the constitution judges are appointment during good behavior – not for life. Though not used often, the process is already in place. The problem is that congress would have to hold an impeachment hearing – something not very popular to do.

If you read the Federalist our country is explained as being a Confederate Republic. Over time the word “confederate (confederacy)” has become an inflammatory term, but nonetheless, a Confederate Republic we are, according to those who helped forge our constitution.
Forget the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’ — This is Alaska’s $64 Million ‘Runway for No One’
September 29, 2011 at 11:58am
If you have never tried to get to or from an island on the Aleutians it is difficult to comprehend the problem. Even trying to helicopter from the village to the island with the airstrip could take 2-6 weeks depending on wind conditions. You don’t just get up and go at your convenience from these islands. I can understand that the runway would need to be built on another island because of the weather patterns and topography. Now, does this mean I support this extremely expensive tax-payer supported runway. No! The company that works on the island should fund their own transportation.
This also seems to have something to do with the native Alaskan villagers who live on the island and unfortunately here in Alaska the native population spends so much time talking about how to take advantage of government programs to support their “corporations” (they in fact do set themselves up as corporations to take advantage of gov’t programs). It really is a sad trap that they allow themselves to be stuck in. The villagers who live on this island are free to move, but they will do all in their power to stay and ask the rest of the country to support them there.
Will New Education Regulations Endanger Your Child’s Privacy?
May 23, 2011 at 12:01pm
Homeschooling is the way to go for our family. However, I am still concerned about problems that may arise in the future with federal regulations and privacy concerns. If federal funding and academic solutions were the savior for our country they would have been so a long time ago. They keep pushing in the same direction – meaning more instrusion and ineffective teaching methods – without getting improved results.
“If you keep on doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep on getting what you’re getting.” The problem with this statement is that there are many in control who would like to keep on getting what we’re already getting in the public school arena.
