@JGR1027 This is a really ignorant comment, Willie’s wife, Korie- it was her family who financed his education at LSU. I asked her Korie’s mother how in the world she could let her 16 year old daughter marry off into Willie’s family. Keep in mind, this was a filthy rich (Korie’s family) family. Her reply was that she prayed about it a lot! She also added that Willie regularly sent “thank you notes” to them while he was at LSU for paying & allowing him to go to school. Korie’s family has more wealth than the Roberson!
