  If I may expand this article more to show a bigger picture of events. While Obama has paid Minnesota a visit and is having round table discussions with various officials including Minneapolis police chief and Hennepin County Sheriff Stanek and Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak. I have read other reports indicating that Obama has been working with Minnesota’s Governor Mark Dayton on gun control. The Minnesota legislature has introduce a number of number bills to restrict guns. Most notable bill is HF 243 (https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bills/bill.php?b=House&f=HF0243&ssn=0&y=2013).

  HF243, in short, is a bill will make it illegal to manufacture, import, transfer, or possess a large-capacity magazine. A “Large-capacity magazine” means any ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than seven rounds. Anyone found guilty or in violation of this law is charged with a felony and can be jailed for up to 5 years and/or $25,000 fine.

  The language in this bill nearly bans all handguns as most semi-auto handguns use 10-round magazines. The majority of handguns would be illegal and some are questioning certain rifles and shotguns to be included. While I believe this bill is unconstitutional, this bill demonstrates the boldness and how are these progressive hacks will go on gun control.   There has to be a way stop them from publishing this info. It is outrageous. Could anyone on this list sue the publisher in a few ways? Defamation (if you were incorrectly listed), violation of privacy, reckless endangerment… Any thoughts?
