  No offense intended here,but we should all begin to identify the “liberal” as what they really are. Progressives. The classic “Liberal” is closer to Libertarian/Conservative. You comment is dead-on accurate if we substitue the term “liberal” with Progressive. By the way Progressives are not limited to the leftist ideology either. The Progressives today see themselves as “We know better how to run things than you do” with total disregard for the individual rights of the People. Just look at the leadership in our Government for a clue as to whether or not they are progressive or conservative. Forget about the “D”, “R” or “I” following their name. Look at the possibilities and/or results of the legislation and regulations being put forth. If the results are more Government control of your everyday decisions regarding your “life, liberty and the pursuit fo happiness” you can bet your backside they are Progressive. Everyone on this site needs to give careful consideration to the upcaoming candidates for election in your State. If you get the least little whiff of Progessivism “THROW THEM OUT”.

  chet, after a quick search your assertion that these are Kennedy executive orders is accurate. However the bigger concern is the amount of power vested in the executive branch by these orders. Kennedy, although not a Progressive, did load the chamber for anyone following to “pull the trigger”. Your statement is accurate but the looming consequences are still frightening.

  So let me get this right; income is income? his tax rates are lower than yours=unfair?He paid 13% when he only really owed 9%=dishonest? and this somehow makes him unqualified to serve as President,right?
  OK so somebody who”shovels crap” doesn’t qualify for a lower rates right? I assume that your reference to”shoveling crap” is a demeaning slur directed towards the working poor. Shame on you. The working poor have a tax benefit. You know; Earned income credit, oh don’t forget “childcare tax credit”. The crap shovelers as you call them have an effective tax rate approaching zero. Since income is income they should lose these tax benefits? Is this unfair because you pay 28.6%? If you indeed payed 28.6% you are in the elite range on income earners. He paid 13% when he could have paid 9%. I think this is honorable, not dishonest, and shows that his charitable giving was done out of a sense of community and charity since he did not claim the “benefit “of the deduction. How many deductions did you forego to benefit the Treasury?
  I would much prefer a President with a sense of community and charity than I would a selfish, narcicisstic,”take my money and give it to everybody else”,jug-eared progressive like the one we have in office now.   Geez ….Miss the point much. The story is not about the treatment. It’s a story about compassion of one human being for the needs of another human being. But you couldn’t resist showing off your your supposed superior knowledge of a subject that isn’t even relevant. How exactly is Mr Warner wasting his 20K? By offering some measure of hope to a person with out any alternatives? Re-read and try to grasp that she is not a candidate for transplant. Oh and your reference to embyronic stem cells and /or fetal stemcells is moronic. Re-read and learn that the treatment she is seeking DOES NOT use those types of cells.   I’m just an ignorant redneck but, I do have 4 daughters, a wife of 36 years and a Mother. I assure you that the “womens issues” they are most concerned with have NOTHING to do with the Progressive/Democrat assertion of womens rights. They are all desparately trying to feed their families, battling 8-10% inflation in food prices,12-15% in clothing prices,doubling of gas prices,10% increases in healthcare insurance and they are facing looming additional increases in all aspects of day to day life from inflation brought on by QE1,QE2,Cash for Clunkers and our government ******* away billions on crony green energy crap sandwiches and failed banking policies started in the Carter administration and perpetuated through Clinton,Bush I and Bush II… My daughters all pay for their own contraception. Seems odd I know but they have this crazy idea about personal resposibility. Can’t imagine where they got that from.
  My mother (another woman by the way) is facing a 156% increase in Mediacre premiums that go in to effect in 2014 due to the abominable PACA passed by your Democrat/Progressive pukes when they had the reins of control. My mother would easily qualify for Food Stamps but refuses to do it. Something about personal responsibility. Wait a minute now I know where my kids got the idea.
  The real women’s issues are about a failing economy brought on by the failed crap sandwich Progressive policies. Take your blinders off and stop parroting Progressive talking
