Congressional Record – 1940 – page 1138 – Explains how he is eligible.

Neither Rubio or Jindal were born “Natural Born” as neither set of parents were U.S. citizens at time of birth.

In Texas we have the “Castle Law”. The brothers were defending their property from a thief.

Analyze it and it will probably show same chemicals used in chemtrails. They are now producing chemicals to evade being seen as before.

Look carefully at the shoes this gal is wearing. It looks like a bit of recreation of the facts were made.
Where she was stumbling she was wearing low clunky-heeled shoes in nude color and the last half she is wearing black pumps, albeit, in the same dress.
The full video of this situation also shows her at detention wearing the black high heel black pumps and no indication of being intoxicated. Who covered for her.

The police standard seems to be that someone called and reported them for…………(whatever). I think it is a stock phrase just to check someone out without cause.

” Analysts say Permian still hot spot despite lower prices
Thursday, November 20, 2014 11:40 pm” Rig count in the Permian Basin is still around 425 as of Nov. 21. The count is still high.

“Been there, done that” – We cycle constantly. A much larger threat to this area is water. The Permian Basin did learn a lesson from being dependent on strictly the fossil fuel industry and has been diversifying since the last bust. The oldtimers were the ones keeping diversified businesses out of the area as they did not want change from only oil and cattle.

“disrespect toward superior commissioned officer” — since jugears doesn’t fit into this catagory – no harm, no foul and if the shoe fits, he needs to wear it—-same to his loyal lofo’s.

Wonder if Sheriff Gillespie and Harry Reid will join the “bundyfest groupies” to maintain the area and keep some of the dopies in line.
One tv station in Nevada did a bit of digging trying to prove Bundy did not have ‘rights’ to be using the land adjacent to his ranch but in the article following the video they linked to another article giving the historical ownership and lo and behold, they contradicted what they set out to prove.
In the line of succession of ownership, here is a statement from that article:
FTA (linked) “Clark County Recorder documents show the 160-acre Bunkerville ranch Bundy calls home was purchased by his parents, David and Bodel Bundy, from Raoul and Ruth Leavitt on Jan. 5, 1948. The purchase included the transfer to the Bundys of certain water rights, including water from the nearby Virgin River. Cliven Bundy was born in 1946.”
PLEASE NOTE: “including water from the nearby Virgin River” – This river/water way is NOT on the 160 ACRES OWNED by the Bundys.
SO—–Response……The devil is in the details: Water/Forage Rights from the nearby Virgin River. The right to access that water for his personal use was transferred to him.

Inferring that Bundy owes water and grazing fees does not compute with this land transfer being on the books of Tax records and spells out specifically Bundy has use of the water/forage rights from the Virgin River.
Glenn Beck should do a bit of research before blasting the rancher for doing wrong.

Special needs children many times have anger issues due to their lack of ability to express themselves fully, unable to perform a task demanded by some teachers who should not be ‘the teacher’ in special ed. It takes lots of patience and years to tame many of these anger issues. The neurons in the brain frequently are not sending the appropriate signals to other parts of the brain to be able to deal with the issues at hand.
Full day in a “time out chair” for someone as described is not the best action. Many times they are incapable of rationalizing why the punishment is necessary.
Too, if children such as the article describes are too forcibly restrained panic will set in and this makes the situation far worse.

Williamson County seems to be infested with more than enough of this type of LEOs. Many guilty of much worse.

Infected sinus problem creates that condition as pressure and a swollen sinus will push against the nerve which runs behind the jaw up beside the ear to the temple. Intense pain will awaken one from a deep sleep when it occurs. Once the sinus has been drained, pressure is reduced and Oh Boy, what a relief! Steam enhaled with peppermint, metholadum and applied topically over the infected sinus area works in a hurry.

Malik Obama,Barry Sortero’s brother), the 501C-3 b.h.o. foundation Founder should be a no-fly list since he is an active member of the muslim brotherhood and a high ranking member of the IDO who supports HAMAS. b.h.obama even signed an E.O. stating HAMAS was a terrorist organization.
Malik was in Abilene, Tx. this week meeting with a comparable cult. Shouldn’t obama in the WH issue orders for his arrest as a associate of a Terrorist Group—at least a drone strike or something.

Lutheran Churches of the Missouri Synod used to put a “time capsule” in the cornerstone of a new building. Don’t know if it is still practiced in this day and time, but was in earlier days. It was always a large ceremonial event. Witnessed this several times.

With the unemployment rate under 3% in this area, average income 60K/annually with loads of drilling and production, there should be no need for anyone desiring work to be homeless and destitute. The panhandlers in this area make more per day and don’t have to pay taxes and don’t want to work. Too many have been given the opportunity to work but do not show up at appointed time nor afterwards.
