If you’re strictly living off your savings account interest, your argument makes sense

However, if you’re only living off your savings, and you don’t collect any SS benefits, you must have at least $1mil in some sort of reserve, such as a passbook savings acc, to pull $10,000 a month (before taxes) in interest these days, or deplete your reserve by as much as you need over your budget to live on each month.

In a NO income tax scenario; There would be no tax on your investment income, or interest income, or income from rental property, inheritance, sales of real estate, likewise none on your SS receipts or any insurance policy whether it be a disability payment, or a life insurance dividend or royalties, or corporate income tax, if you own a business. There simply is NO income tax, on ANY income.

If you’ve read my “less then 1500 character” posts over the last year on this subject, you’d understand this position. We need to force this government to comply with our constitution and stop ruining our lives, depleting our liberty and stripping us of our freedom.

We don’t have a society in decline, we have a government collective in decline.

    Written extensively about this

In exchange for an income tax
    Reduce EPA funding by 70%
(No ifs, ands, or buts … Got it?, Get it? Good)
    Now we move forward
IRS employees are now OUR bookkeepers
No income, SS or FICA taxes, that means NO taxes AT ALL on income or payroll
Wipe all current federal sale taxes on goods and services, period, no excuses
    Repeal the AAHCA in total
    Pay attention folks
Impose a 12% sales tax on goods and services
Tax all levels except real property and healthcare, that means anything purchase to maintain real property, including leased government buildings on leased land (yes, they do exist)
There will be no tax on anything associated with medical including health insurance
No funding for abortion, we’re people, we propagate, we grow, period
No death tax or inheritance tax, it’s OUR wealth, not the government’s wealth
    Monsanto & Cargil … You’re next
You make a deal with our government to patent food products without our knowledge, you loose your land to the highest bidder, and if we find you purchased a firm to bid on that land, you’re fined and the money is returned directly to the people via our new bookkeepers, NOT via the government
Lawyers, get use to it, it’s the United States of America, we’re not your legal playground
You want control over your government folks, get serious, and get it done.
Fire the jackass in the White House and Get your Senate & House back in order

    Shut down the hot tub
Drained the pool and filled it with soil
Sold the Koi, turned off the pump and filled the pond
Professionally stored two cars on jacks in the garage
Titled two autos to the kids
    Mow my own property
    Grow my own vegetables
Feed my own chickens, eat them as well as the eggs
    Cut my own trees
    Paint my own house
    Clean my own house
Fix my own plumbing and electrical
    Hang my own doors
    Fix my own roof
(BTW, HVAC people got that service industry wrapped up tightly)
After 44 years of producing, I quit
Haven’t filed an IRS form in two years
The government just lost 50% of my income
Looking forward to learning about tax law and how to shut the IRS down
While others pay for my incarceration

Think of it this way …

    The pencil’s short list

    Cedar Tree farmer (pencil body)
    Rubber tree farmer (pencil eraser)
Spruce and pine tree farmer (packaging goods)
    Wood processor (pencil body)
    Graphite Miner (pencil’s lead)
Graphite & binder processors (graphite binder)
Metal miner (used for the pencil’s ferrule)
    Metal ferrule manufacturer
    Metal fabricator
Ground, sea & air shippers (to and from the pencil factory)
    Paper packaging manufacturer
Glue maker (used in the pencil and in packaging)
    Packaging fabricator
    Pencil fabricator
    Manufacturer’s insurance (all above)
    Wholesaler
    Retailer
    Employees
    Consumers
Garbage collection services (on all the above)

All the above pay taxes and/or fees on land, machinery, payroll, health & safety, professional licensure, etc. on local, state, regional and federal levels
And, on top if it all, the EPA charges everyone in the chain multiple fees
Then, the pencil is, sharpened, bitten, and tossed aside

Actually, the 1913 tax code was written to tax foreign corporations and some individuals when doing business inside the USA.
    Generally it was a tariff.
As it stands now, the Federal Reserve is nothing more then organized crime using the IRS as their hit men.
They are literally stealing from the workers to support a few banks using fiat money
    It is a scam
It’s how the Knights Templar became so wealthy
Print it, loan it, charge interest

There are politicians who quietly want both an income tax AND a VAT
They are beating their brains out trying to figure out a way to fool us into swallowing both types of taxes.

It’s all about stealing everything …

    Folks:

    Be careful with this one
The feds have two AHCA hammers
One for the states that they can’t use
One for taxpaying/reporting citizens that they will use

    Listen to Rick Scott carefully
He addressed the Medicaid hammer, not the citizen hammer
This is similar to the states ratifying the income tax … they urinated all over their own citizens and ended up funneling federal tax revenue back to the states over the heads of their own citizens.

Rick Perry is doing the same thing as Florida’s Scott, watching out for the state, with the citizens fending for themselves against the feds …

If these Governors will say outright, “The citizens of the great state of (add name of state here) will not comply with ANY of the AHCA”, then we have something of value

    Are you listening Mitt?
    We’re screaming at YOU, Hoss!

    Due to limited character use:

Bananas have high levels of potassium, which is excellent brain food.
An event we should find fascinating was when younger monkeys began using seawater to wash sand off nutrient rich bananas prior to consumption.
    Monkey see, monkey do …
The practice spread quickly throughout the monkey population.
Unfortunately, the monkey’s ingestion of the seawater compromised nutrients in the bananas and further, they ingested foreign matter their systems could not decipher.
Over time, the monkeys began to behave aggressively toward one another.
Numerous fights broke out and many smaller and younger monkeys suffered lacerations, broken bones, emotional stress, reduced reproduction desire or death.
The monkeys were not intelligent enough to understand what they were doing to their population and their population decreased.

Our seawater is right in front of our faces, don’t ingest it …
The POTUS eats contaminated brain food

    Are we there yet?

    PART III

Blame yourselves for being so damn dumb, and thanks for ruining my life, you morons.

I’m not hiring any more people because I have no faith in the federal state or local governments to keep their noses and filthy pickpocket hands out of my business and my life.

Further, I’ll buy your products and services only when the jackass is kicked out of the White House and Harry Reid is tossed out on his butt.

You want to stop an economic depression?
The answer is an educated dummy blabbing doublespeak right in front of your pathetic noses …

  • July 7, 2012 at 2:36pm

    PART II

If the Act is so good for Americans, then why does the Act contain provisions for insurance companies, owned by banks, to use the IRS as their collection agency?
Why are some ethnic people and an identified faith exempt?
What has a real estate sales tax have to do with healthcare?
The Act is riddled with taxes and potential taxes imposed at the whim of a single individual

What we have folks is a rogue government out of control being steered by global interests in nothing more that a giant wealth grab, that includes everyone’s wealth that is not welded down, swallowed and buried with the body, or hidden in an underground safe deep in a well guarded compound by a military paid for by the taxpayers.

Our federal government is and has been lying to us for a VERY long time, and we took the never ending baiting like dummies.

    Steve & Tommy>

    PART I

The NYT posted reader comments on this issue and the comments are mind-blowing
Just had to respond to the ignoramuses …

Apparently, many people reading the NYT either don’t understand history, don’t care to understand history or just change history to suit their ends.
Each time any government interferes with a free market, the market fumbles around and always drifts into recession.

Many older individuals think FDR was the best president ever, not realizing he stalled the American economy for nearly 12 years with overbearing regulation, taxation and government centered rules and regs to keep his phony bologna job.

Regulate, regulate, regulate, until our heads spin and our wallets are emptied
Rather then KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid)

I bet less then .001% of the American population has read the American Affordable Healthcare Act from front to back.
This monstrosity is so full of job killing regulation (and open ended regulation to kill future jobs) it should have been called the Amerikan Death Act

  • June 29, 2012 at 6:29am

Ok, Justice Roberts, one man, just destroyed your nation
    Now do something about it

Something else has been bothering me ever since Barry made the comment about reparations not going far enough.
Read the Affordable Healthcare Act and you will find discrimination on nearly every page.
The monstrosity is exactly what the phuqing jackass Marxist said he was going to do
    “Spread the wealth around”

In other words, steal wealth from evil Americans and give it to the global elite
The AHCA was designed by the elite as a tool to steal from the people and kill them off at the same time

BTW folks, Native Americans and Muslims are exempt …

Believe the color switch was made in the mid 70’s
It was initiated by the monopolistic media arm of the gangster democrat/socialist party to distance that party from the communist red color

As Peter Sellers said in the Pink Panther series, “I’m under the covers … you fool.”

Citizens of a free nation cannot survive as long as those with authority have no accountability.
The socialists know and understand this all too well, and, they think we’re not watching them.

We toss them off course by pointing to the illuminati, the Builderberg group, the Vatican, the lizard people, or even those who function beyond the five senses, but the simple truth is, we keep funding the very people that have made it their life’s destiny to destroy a constitutional republic of free people.

They got us by the pocketbook and they are not going to let go of that power easily …

    Want change?
    De-fund the gangsters
