Cosby says, “I’m a Christian.” That means absolutely nothing. Anybody can call themselves a Christian — millions do, but most of them don’t do anything that Jesus Christ promotes — they just like to call themselves Christian.
If you’re a true follower of Jesus Christ you promote His ways, his Truth, his beliefs — not something of a heathen religion like Islam. Cosby is a phony — a washed out comedian and he should take up knitting or something else he can handle without getting into trouble.

I would think that the bomber(s) would have realized there would be many overhead camers and that the FBI would try to use facial recognition in their attempts to identify the bomber(s). I would think that whoever was involved would use a subtle disguise — perhaps a beard, or a pair of eye glasses, or some other type of “coverup” — so I don’t think there’s going to be any quick identification of
the bomber(s), unless they did something very stupid

I am a football nut — love watching all the teams and love it when the underdog wins. Kurt was always one I pulled for and he truly was an exceptional QB. And now following through with his
Christian beliefs, I know his program will bring much good to many people and along the way will being some of them to be followers of Christ Jesus. The best of it all for this program.

Christis sounds like an idiot. First, he’s afraid of the truth that most people have accepted about what Romeny said about who/what/why Obama’s voters gave him the Presidency.
Most politicians are dishonest and will only say what will self-promote themselves in preparation for getting ahead or reelected.
The GOP lacks the needed leadership to make an impact for the next election. Unless they grow up and get people who have the best interest in America first….we’ll just be second best next time. The indications that the USA has lost its principles of our Founding Fathers makes me sad. I don’t know which great, America-loving leader will straighten out this country, but I’m praying that he comes forward soon.

Our GOP, outside of perhaps 10% men/women, has absolutely no worthy leadership. They all are vain, inept, self-serving, “do anything for themselves instead of the nation” wealthy, corrupt to various degrees, and not worth voting for to be our representatives.
If only we had term limits, we’d get rid of these lazy, money-grabbers and make them get a legitimate job. We are at a turning point for the future of our nation. We must get real Americans who will guide us back to the principles of our Founding Fathers, otherwise ours will be a 3rd country status within the next few years.

These “debates” are a waste of time — they do nothing for understanding one’s position or getting to the truth of any issue. They should be discontinued as they are set up. Instead there should be perhaps 3-4 one hour “talks about one’s position on each major topic, and if would be forbidden to talk negatively about your opponent, because most of the time it’s not totally accurate. I think the public is sick of negative ads. Each person will have plenty of time to give their own positive view, and absolutely no negative mentions about the opponent.
If you can’t persude me that you are the best person simply by presenting your best positions on the major topics, then you’re not the best candidate. Today, half the time is wasted saying how bad the other person’s positions are — which to me is worthless — I’ll find out by doing my DD on the person, so just keep telling me the positive, good things you have to offer and I’ll make my decision on that.

If the facts are as they seem, the justice system must take strong measures against this teacher, who seems to be interested in Islam than in teaching students. Has she ever discussed American History to the kids? I doubt it. A local lawyer should go after her big time and throw her out of the school. She is a phony Anerican.

OK….I know all of you have the facts, 100% so you can make your judgment on this case. If you don’t have ALL the facts all you’re doing is gossip, which God hates.
So all you “Monday Quarterbacks” who know it all should keep your mouths shut unless you truly are a prophet with unerring insight.

I firmly believe that Romney is much more intelligent than Obama, but what has to be foremost in preparation for this debate is preparation. Have Romney’s advisors/researches/writers done the proper research to come up with sharp, memorable answers to the basic questions that should be expected? If Romney has head the expected questions and comments that Obama will ask, and Romney has gotten good input from his team, he should do well.
There’s no doubt the moderator will be biased, but with proper preparation, Romney should be able to handle the biased questions.

If Romney has intelligent, sharp-minded researchers, advisors, they should be prepared for some very biased questioning. But if the group is on the ball, they will have figured out the one-sided questions that will be asked, and Romney should have those answers available. It’s very similar to a court case, you have 2 opposing lawyers throwing very penetrating questions at the defendant, but whichever lawyer did the best job preparing his client to handle “unexpected” questions, will win the jury. If Romney’s people did the job properly, he’ll win the debate — much of the decision lies with the people who prepared Romney. Will be very interesting to see who did the best research and preparation. If done properly, Romney should shine.

This might be one of the stupid news I’ve ever seen. Why would anybody get excited over this and
make comments about this setup photo?

Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. Does Osteen often say “study the Holy Bible….get to know as much as you can about Jesus because He is the only way to God?” Also, does he tell people, “your God is the person or thing that you give most of your time to, on whom you meditate , who you focus your life on , because whatever you have first in your life is your God be it money, work, family, etc. ”
If you deeply love someone, you’ll want to know more and more about that person, and that’s why we should read and study the Holy Bible — it’s the story of our Savior Jesus Christ, anything other than that is denying the One who deserves all of love and devotion — we don’t need someone like Osteen to take away out time that belongs to Jesus Christ.

Who we need to start a gold fund for the USA is Bernie Madoff — he’d make his $50 billion fraud look like a drop in the economic bucket worldwide.

With all his faults and negativity, Newt is the most knowledgeable to go toe-to-toe in destroying Obama’s position and decisions for the USA and foreign policy. Newt has been a long-time politician and knows how the game is played, and could counter the Dem’s agenda for 2012.
I would like for Newt to have a serious public interview with Jack Abramoff — push him to expand on his book and tell how corrupt the political atmosphere is — tie it in to the way the present Obama gang continues to work and why he has to go after one term. I realize that Newt would be walking on eggshells, but I believe the public who doesn’t know much about Abramoff would be amazed, and maybe be more accepting of Newt. It would be a unbelievable coup for Newt and put him far ahead of the others.

Let’s pray for Plummer so he can play QB again with some team.

I wonder how many OWS will be voters? How do they plan on making a difference with their needs?
I think they’re just a gang that has nothing productive to do except make noise and disturb common hard workers who need to pay their taxes and keep the economy operating.

Here’s added reason to have Wikileaks continue to dig deep and get the real messages that many leaders try to hide — they lie to the public 90% of the time — whatever they say, we should take the opposite and then we’ll know the truth.

This is a strange woman — I’d be very interested in knowing some other likes/dislikes of hers. Maybe she should read some of our earliest history as we became a unique country with our freedoms and reaching out to help other countries. I’m proud to be an American veteran!
