Apparently the LEO KNOWLEDGE BASE is very LOW with people on this website.

The thing is, if you are an officer, chances are high you could find yourself in a bad situation (generally means some kind of gun fire) and when you call for HELP on your radio, you want EVERY ONE who is available and can HEAR your call to come running.

If you pulled them over and GAVE THEM A TICKET RECENTLY? That LEO probably has no interest in HELPING YOU in your time of ‘need’ – what ever your need is at that moment.

    GET IT?

OH, and when they pull someone over who they didn’t know was a cop, said officers pulls out his wallet when ID is requested and the first thing the officer requesting ID sees is either the badge or the LEO’s official ID.

That’s when they get the pass.

NOW DO YOU GET IT? Life’s unfair. Get used to it.

What if Cannabis Oil Cured Cancer?
As more stories like Alysa Erwin’s become known, maybe medicinal marijuana will finally become formal protocol.
    By Larry Gabriel

The Erwin family after Alysa’s diognosis

IN JANUARY 2011, then-14-year-old Alysa Erwin began having intense, debilitating headaches. By that spring she was diagnosed with Grade 3 Anaplastic Astrocytoma — brain cancer — at University of Michigan Medical Center.

According to information at, “Individuals with grade 3 astrocytoma have a median survival time of 18 months with treatment (radiation and chemotherapy). … Even with aggressive treatment, astrocytomas of all types tend to recur, making the prognosis generally poor.”

Alysa’s tumors were spread throughout her brain like ivy or a spider web. There was no local tumor that could be targeted for radiation. The Erwins, including Alysa’s parents Carly and David, returned to their northern Lower Peninsula home with five days worth of Temedor, an oral chemotherapy pill, to begin treatment.

“We were told she could live 18 months to two years on chemo,” says Carly. “We thought that was a death sentence to her.”

Still, seemingly without options, the Erwins figured they would give the chemotherapy a try.

“She was deathly sick,” says Carly of her daughter after taking the Temedor.

    Carly was bedridde

I got this same sentiment from a friend of mine – This person went on and on about how it should be common sense to not give a 9 year old girl an Uzi to shoot. Here is my response to that person…

“COMMON SENSE” is so rare, it’s a SUPER POWER NOW.

And as sad a story as this is, it’s all on the instructor. He KNEW how the gun ‘rises’ when not held tightly (say, as a little girl would hold it). It’s a sad comment, but truly, this is all on the instructor.

Having been an NRA certified instructor for 10 years, the last thing you want to do is place a loaded weapon in the hands of an inexperienced shooter and then stand to the side of them as they pull the trigger. If you are going to stand near them, you stand RIGHT BEHIND THEM, so you can grab the weapon from them in cases like this. He was standing off to one side. VERY STUPID.

What can you give your 86 year old WWII Veteran father? He had never been in a parade. So I ‘gave’ him the Denver 2010 Veterans Day Parade. I collect military vehicles and the club I was a member of in Denver was proud to put him in the Chaplin’s jeep. We also delivered numerous Colorado National Guard officers to the reviewing stand. When they got out of the jeep, they took my Dad up on the reviewing stand with them. He was a ROCK STAR for one day.

That is my wife and my mom who video taped the event. They even yelled at him “HEY BOB” as he rolled past. He STILL remembers that day.

You apparently did not look at their menu.

This isn’t Chuck-E-Cheese, where the WHOLE FAMILY can eat for like $30.

If I want to go to a restaurant and drop $150/$200 (w/tip) BY MYSELF, if my wife went that price would double.

WE LIKE to eat good food at NICE QUIET restaurants. And we go out more than I care to admit.

But NO FAMILY OF SIX, FOUR OF THEM CHILDREN, would ever drop $100 or more PER DINER.

I have been out with two other couples before and we HAVE DROPPED almost $1200 w/tip at a very expensive restaurant. And there was NOT one screaming child in sight.

We do not go to high end restaurants every day, but when I do choose to drop that kind of money, I want a quiet place to eat and be served by a waiter who KNOWS HIS menu and what it should look and taste like.

You won’t bet that at McDonalds.

I saw a study that says the BABY BOOMERS have 35x more money and assets as someone who is 30.

So yes, we DO deserve a place to go eat our EXPENSIVE MEAL in peace.

This is a trend that will become popular until all the Boomers are dead – about forty years from now.

Until then, all you youngster, take your screaming children to CHUCK-E-CHEESE. They have games and the kids would be much happier.

  • [19] July 30, 2014 at 10:20am

I’m sorry, but I call BS on a FAMILY OF SIX – four of whom are under 12 will EVER SPEND $200 in this economy.

Take your loud, hyperactive children to a fast food restaurant. That’s where they will ‘fit in’ and be the happiest.

Why is it that parents think they have the right to RUIN every one else dining experience?

If there was discipline in those families, it would not have ever happened. But today’s parents think their screaming children are ‘cute’, and NOT the horrendous monsters they are.

As the Baby Boomers get older, guess what? WE DON’T WANT to see your uncontrolled child wrecking havoc on OUR DINING EXPERIENCE. There are all sorts of restaurants that cater to YOU.

PLEASE GO EAT THERE and allow us grown ups to enjoy our selves without having to hear YOUR PARENTING PROBLEMS.

Adult Illegal Immigrants Posing as Children To Enroll in High School

Adult illegal immigrants posing as unaccompanied alien children appear to be attempting to enroll at public high schools, city officials in Lynn, Mass., tell National Review Online.

“Some of them have had gray hair and they’re telling you that they’re 17 years old and they have no documentation,” Jamie Cerulli, the Lynn mayor’s chief of staff, tells NRO. “If my children went to the public schools, I’d be very uncomfortable with all of these unaccompanied minors [that] are placed in the ninth grade.”

Admission of all foreign students — illegal immigrants, refugees, and foreign nationals — has increased by more than 500 students since the 2010–2011 school year, Catherine Latham, the city’s superintendent of schools, tells NRO. Last school year, nearly 250 students arrived from Guatemala, including 126 enrolled in the ninth grade.

The majority of unaccompanied Guatemalan children arriving in the city hail from the city of San Marcos, Latham says, and are drawn by Lynn’s large Guatemalan population.

NRO has obtained Department of Health and Human Services documents and images of two unaccompanied aliens living in Lynn that appear to challenge the notion that the age information listened for these “children” on their documents is accurate.

    Outlaw_Wealth –
The FED is not a fourth branch of government. It IS the government, since 1913.
Control the money and you control the nation.
It’s monopoly money now, nothing to back it up but the barrel of a gun and the money cartel is pleased as punch that YOUR dollars are shrinking in purchasing power while THEY reap the profits.

Let me clear a couple of things up for you.

1 How much of money is PHYSICAL money? 8% of our money is actual physical money – and that’s world wide. 92% of all money is DIGITAL – ie a digit in some computer someplace.

2 Guess who creates MOST OF THE MONEY USED? People who issue credit cards. Be they banks or stores, THEY ARE CREATING MONEY OUT OF THIN AIR- LITERALLY. Nothing to base it on. You PROMISE to pay it back? And you get a piece of plastic that you can take to places and they will GIVE YOU STUFF and all you have to do is PROMISE to give them some ‘digits’ from some account. Not hard currency, but digital money.

So tell me again, WHO CONTROLS THIS COUNTRY. FOLKS LIKE US. I’m assuming you all have at least two or three credit cards, RIGHT?

I’ve read ALL the comments. You all want the FRB to be shut down? I would like to ask you ALL a question.

And before you blather on about just letting the free market or some other government agency take over the responsibility, let me clue you in on a couple of things.

1 Prior to the FRB, our country AVERAGED one severe recession or depression EVERY TWENTY YEARS because NO ONE was guiding our economy, which is why the FRB was put in place.

2 You are aware that 99 % of what the FRB does is enforcing the laws passed by CONGRESS. So you if you’ve got a gripe about the FRB, take to your Congress critter, because they were the ones that ‘guide’ the fed. The Frank/Dodd act is a perfect example of that.

3 So, you don’t want ‘bankers’ to be involved in our banking system? WHO do you want to control it? CONGRESS? About forty years ago Congress had their own bank. They had to CLOSE IT because they wrote so many checks that bounced that was the only choice. So giving Congress 100% control of our banking system MAY NOT BE the best idea.

4 FINALLY, I concur that the FRB SHOULD BE AUDITED. RIGHT AFTER EVERY CONGRESS MAN/WOMAN AND EVERY SENATOR. THEN, after they have all been AUDITED, let’s go take a look at the ONLY AGENCY that returns money IT MADE to the Treasury every year, because the FRB ACTUALLY MAKES MONEY – EVERY YEAR.

Merry XMAS and Happy New Year!

Want cheap ‘ice shoes’? Wear your spiked golf shoes. Almost all preppies (not preppers) have a golf set.

Food. He even says he is normally prepared. I question that particular statement. You either have prepared or you have not. NO MIDDLE GROUND. So this guy was not prepared.

He did not have warm clothes – a good pair of boots – even his truck was not 4×4 (if it was he would have said his 4×4 F150)

completely unprepared – maybe he will take it seriously this time

    OR NOT

However, as I look into the depths of my soul, I know that this is true and I believe what I have been told. I am just not sure that raising awareness will do any good at this point.
