This action of demanding charges against the homeowner is merely to “bully” him into dropping the charges against their thug children, so they can get out of paying the damages to the residence. I would demand a jury trial on the criminal charges, because ANY jury of 12 competent adults will acquit him. THEN go after the parents in civil court, INCLUDING THE MENTAL ANGUISH OF THE HOME WRECKING, HIS ARREST, HIS TRIAL, AND POTENTIAL LOSS OF 4 YEARS OF PRISON TIME. Those parents should be on the hook for several hundred thousand dollars. The parents action of getting the homeowner charged is a “tactical preemptive action” to bully the homeowner. Just take the attitude of “OK, want to play, …….I’ll play”!

AH yes, these flaming liberal, BIG MOUTH, know it all, commie, socialist, Marxist control freaks want it both ways. I live on a very small farm in Texas, where we raise chickens, pork, beef, rabbits, have a large garden, and due to our hard work and diligence, we eat better and healthier than 95% of all Americans. We cook our meals from scratch, without a lot of “pre-prepared” foods from the store, that so many people buy out of convenience. But, here is the rub. I produce MUCH BETTER food than you commies get at the store, and I cannot legally share this food with anyone else. I can’t sell it, I can’t give it away, even though my animals are raised in much cleaner conditions than any food you idiots buy in the store. I had too many eggs, so I took some over to a senior care home, and tried to give them eggs for free, just to help out the seniors. I was told they could not take them because they were not USDA inspected! WTF??? Americans ate “non-USDA inspected” eggs for a couple hundred years here in the good old USA, before there even was a USDA! Same thing with melons and cantelope, corn on the cob and tomatoes, peppers and okra. CANT give it away because it’s not inspected! To liberal commies, “inspected” translates to “control every facet of our lives”! This country would be so much better off, financially sound, freedom for everybody, and in general, just a nice place to live again, if every one of you GD liberal fanatics would just fall over dea

All Californians, you better get organized as a militia. You need to storm your legislature, and governors office, and take out the trash, ….. AT GUNPOINT! You need to simply execute EVERY SOB, that wants to put into place this type of crapola! Right before you execute governor Moonbeam, you need to have him order new elections, with NO DEMOCRATS ALLOWED ON THE BALLOT, AS THEY SHOULD BE DECLARED AN ILLEGAL TERRORIST ORGANIZATION. Then have a new election with republicans and independents ONLY! After the election is over, and a new government in place, ELIMINATE all laws to do not pass strict constitutional muster, and order that there will be no more government benefits to non citizens. I mean Kentucky, which would then definitely prepare you for that position in real life? OK, let it be known, on the first kidnapping of anyone that results in a demand for a trade for the “blind Sheik”, that amazingly, the Sheik will probably fall down with some sort of fatal “accident”. Churches are setting up the IRS for a court challenge to the fact that churces, in order to maintain a “tax exempt status”, must surrender their right to free speech under the first amendment. This has been in the planning stage for well over a year, and churhes are trying to goad the IRS into the courts. The IRS is not in any hurry to actually try these cases as there is a very good chance they will lose. The churches have an excellent chance at prevailing, so the IRS, realizing that they might be on shaky ground, are “deferring” immediate action.
