  The Confederate States of America consisted of 11 states that seceded. Of those, four seceded only after Lincoln called up the militia to invade those states that had already left the union. Virginia was strongly pro union until Lincoln asked them to help make war against the other southern states.

  Slavery, taxes, trade, etc., had nothing to do with it. It was a fight for states’ rights. Ever since Lee surrendered at Appomattox, the federal government has oppressed the rights of the states and the individual.

  Somewhere, there is a junior staffer that is in a world of hurt for having suggested His Holiness run out to Camp David and take a picture of him shooting to prove he does skeet shooting all the time. That they even thought this was good idea proves that they have no respect for the public.

  This is a recent photo. Last August, his **** was dyed black for the convention/election. I think some folks should do comparisons to determine if he is lying again.

  I don’t know what to do. The more we talk about these things, the more copy cat incidents occur. If we don’t talk about them, then we are insensitive. I think maybe being insensitive is better than encouraging more of these copy cat incidents.
