  Weren’t the McClellands killed with a shotgun? This Mrs Williams must be a stout woman to do so much shooting with a shotgun. Based on videos on Youtube of women firing shotguns, it either knocks them on their butts or the gun flies out of their hands, either way, most don’t have enough control of the weapon to do multiple shots with, and this woman has rheumatoid arthritis for crying out loud!

  So, I wonder when he’s going to make the “Talk show circuit” and apologize profusely, ala Imus? When is he going to beg for forgiveness and still lose his job…what? never? This is getting so old now it makes me sick.

  Taurus is not junk. Sadly, as you can see, it is very effective in doing what it was designed to do. I have a Taurus PT-92 and what I’m trying to figure out is why he would put his finger on the trigger while climbing into his truck? The PT-92 has a safety that allows you to carry cocked and locked or it also allows you to drop the hammer, even on a loaded round without it firing. As another commenter said, it is a rookie mistake and sadly his son was at the wrong end of his mistake.
