It’s more than about big government it is about the cosmetology schools and the beauty industry lobbying the government to force these people to pay to go to their schools and to create a barrier to entry in the industry. There is no real barrier to entry when it comes to hair and nails most can figure it out, so the the industry goes to the government and lobbies them to create a barrier to entry in order to decrease competition so they can charge more and have less competition. Imagine how inexpensive getting your hair would be if anyone with some skill could do your hair, we can’t have that now can we.

It looks like a 22 lr to me not an AR-15. The bolt carrier looks to small for an AR-15 and the magazine looks like the ones on the M&P 22lr.

That looks a like an M&P 22 lr not an AR -15 so no one should be upset because it only looks scary.

If you know about PTSD then you understand you can get it a number of ways and yes you could get it at age 3. My mother was forced into prostitution at age 9 and she had it because of the horrible things done to her. So please if you don’t understand PTSD don’t comment on it.

I hate Obamacare it’s even causing my wife’s company to go out of business, but we need to remember that the media is in the pocket of the Dems. We need to teach people correct principles. Most people have no clue how the world or economy works so they will not understand why this is so bad and if we leave it up the the MSM to teach them then they will never learn the truth. This is clearly symbolic which feels good, but it isn’t going to stop it. Instead of fighting each other we need to find ways to teach the average American what makes us great and how we went from being the the greatest nation ever to the brink of ruin. Obama is a symptom of our countries disease. We can fight these policies all we want, but as long as the people of this country continue to bury their heads in the sand we will keep having this battle. This battle is for the hearts and minds of America. I am just a regular guy and has little influence, but I know that we have a much bigger problem on our hands than Obama. The fact that he got re-elected shows me how far we have fallen as a country and if we do not figure out a way to change course than we are going to see things much worse than Obamacare. Maybe if we weren’t so busy fighting laws that we can’t stop and focused on teaching the people true concepts that lead to prosperity then maybe we would win the next election, but we won’t. We can either fight lost battles or we can get to work teaching the youth how the world really works.

Whoever thought he wasn’t a liberal?

This is the end goal everywhere. Make it illegal to oppose them in any way shape or form.

Sound like this guy is going to rot in Hell! If he really did kill this boy like that, then he should be given the death penalty.

Why don’t we just make a list of all the bad habits that exist and then fine everyone for each of their bad habits, sins and flaws? It’s amazing to hear people on the Blaze who supposedly believe in freedom, trolls excluded, that they think it’s ok to punish others who are over weight because they aren’t yet. My dad was told at 35 take prednazone every day or die. Guess what he gained a lot of weight and it wasn’t because he was lazy. He worked 12 hrs a day most of my life yet others judged him as lazy. The reason our society is headed for disaster is because the majority is becoming extremely selfish and quick to judge everyone but themselves in order to avoid seeing themselves as they really are. Maybe if society would try to be kind to each other and individuals would work on their own weaknesses and support each other maybe we would be solving problems instead of finding someone to stick it to. But why be kind it’s much easier and for some more fun to mock and point fingers.

Our freedom of religion is at stake and we need people with some influence and power to step up. I wonder how long before or if our churches will stand up and help individuals like this. America needs its churches to do something. Don’t be fooled this is going to effect them eventually and they are just standing on the sidelines hoping that if they stay quiet they will be left alone. If the churches with influence just watch and do nothing then one day they will be the ones who are getting sued for denying membership into their churches or refusing to marry gays.

In the secularists eyes you are only allowed to say God if you do it in vain. If say it any other way you are evil.

What if the people you are looting from need the blankets and food you are stealing for their baby?

  • August 19, 2012 at 11:07pm

@moderationisbest. You aren’t really a moderate or you would talk like one. You sound very ideological.

I am so excited for this election now. Ryan is smart and can articulate his views as well as anyone. This is a great pick for Romney.

Didn’t the White House just say the war on terror was over? If so then why do we need this draconian security?

Religious liberty is nearly dead and unless people stand up to the tyranny and ignore the names we will be called. I would rather be called names than loose my freedom.

That guy is lying, the Book of Mormon doesn’t have any references to Canaan. I checked it out so he is just making it up to try and make Romney look bad.

The saddest part of this entire situation is when you tell other Americans they blow it off as if no one would ever do that. I remember playing games with my younger brothers when they were toddlers and they would hide just well enough that they couldn’t see you believing that if they could not see me then I wouldn’t be able to see them. It seems as though many people still think life is like that. If you pretend it isn’t happening and then it isn’t.
See people for what they do not what they say they are going to do.
