  I lived and worked in Europe when she was PM and the war broke out on that tiny island in the South Atlantic. There never was a doubt that the Brits would kick butt and bring the troops home.

  Maybe when our County splits and some of the States are gathered together as a true Republic we can make that statement again. President Reagan was the last President who, much like Thatcher, provided a confidence and sureness in his policies.

  Europe was no insecure when Carter was at the helm and so assured when we elected Ronnie.

  Watched a National Geo “report” on the poor polar bears and the shrinking ice.

  Funny thing was that everywhere they went in their ship the ice was too thick for them to get close to those poor bears. Something wrong with the “report” and the result!!! LOL

  Let’s see: Dr. Carson is an American neurosurgeon and the director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Among other surgical innovations, Carson did pioneering work on the successful separation of conjoined twins joined at the head. He was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the United States, by President George W. Bush in 2008. After delivering a widely publicized speech at the February 2013 National Prayer Breakfast, he has become a popular figure in conservative media for his views on social issues and the government’s role in the health care industry.

  Bob Beckel, even if invited, could not even explain the American health care industry. When liberals run out of facts they try character assassination.

  I don’t think that Dr. Carson is worried much by one fat mouthed liberal.

  Just think if instead of scooter substitute food stamps. Seniors will be cut $713B come hell or Obama and if you try to sell scooters ($1B) to them we will come after you. Food stamps ($80B in 2012) well that is different.

  The theory is that the seniors should not be allowed medical care or comfort because they need to leave. Ahhh, Obamacare…
