The question that came to me about what appeared to take place was “Why”?
Was the officer having a bad day? Did they have a history between them before this offense?
I think most cops have the right personality to serve ‘we the people’ but some seem to have the mindset to ‘show the citizens just who is in charge’.
State and local agencies need to look for those who should not wear a badge before more problems occur.

Class act — good for you.

If the waiter was working and the back of the restaurant was not then pay the waiter for their hard work. It sounds like that is want this couple did.

I generally like to reward these deserving folks, regardless. I do this even when they might be having a bad day. The best way to encourage a server is to leave a good tip. If the next time in and the service is still poor, talke to the manager. Not everyone has the skills and motivation to be a great waiter.

One of those great messages that we should take to heart. I can do better…

He is respected and admired by many in his home state. Wish both of our Senators were like this but because of him the other Senator would not dare to act like Kay Bailey Hutchinson any more.
Go Ted. Be true to your beliefs above all… DC had still not figured how to take him.
But, because of the muck written by him in the Government press I believe he is getting through!

AG sent in the same team he sent in for the Trayvon case. Wonder how that will turn out??

Isaac and Ishmael… continues on. I read the last book in the Bible and know who wins. Israel must continue. Thank God for the great leaders and determination to press on.

Israel should hit the number of sights dictated by the number of rockets sent against its population.

With the current targeting by the terrorists they may run out of bombs but one for one should continue until then. I sure don’t think that this confused administration will move to help them.

There are no denominations in Christianity. There are no divisions. There is only one body in the Lord and the entrance requirements are explained in Ephesians 2:8-9.

It is a shame that his girlfriend and her father could not appeal their death penalty to someone…

If execution was by sledgehammer there would be twenty years of delays arguing about the makeup of the steel, wood and the color of paint.
If funding was limited to only three appeals then death would take place in three years.
    Rediculous…

It is time for the States to stand up and remind these out of control judges of what the Constitution says the rule of law.

This will lead to a serious examination of states’ rights’ testículo.

    O continues to be:

    1) a confused, rookie, ideologue, and
    2) he will continue to sacrifice whatever he must to support the support islamist/terrorists.

    Well said, Snow

Down is up; in is out; evil is good; good is evil.

What a time in which we live. It almost seems that Someone is stirring all with His finger.

Will we who are called by His name turn?

    Honorary Texan!

There is always room in this big state for men (and women) like the good Senator.

“Research from the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis in Austria found that hand-strength can be a predictor of age and future health. More specifically, it can be used to analyze mortality, disability, cognitive decline, a person’s ability to recover from a hospital stay and even can be correlated with the educational level a person attained, according to a news release from the institute.”

What a pile of horse manure… I am glad we did not have to pay for this bunch of gobbledygook!

Shake a man’s hand, look him in the eye, and check your ring and wristwatch. As my favorite president said many times: “trust but verify.”

Come on down!! Just remember that Austin we call California East… When we succeed we will give Austin to one of the states who wants to be left behind.

To remain business friendly it takes work to stave off the ‘liberals’, and a friendly, more or less, conservative state government.

“Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive”
    Sir Walter Scott

Redistribution of wealth; war on women; deadly gun sales to the cartels; the black panther case; selective enforcement of the laws of the land; IRS targeting of We the People; Benghazi and the death of four heroes; global warming/cooling/wind blowing/drought/floods…etc., etc., etc.

How do you know the President/Dingy Harry/Holder/fancy pelosi/etc. are lying? Their lips are moving!!!

Pull together in 2014 and 2016!!

    Posse Comitatus Act
Enacted in relation to the occupation by Federal Troops after the Civil War:
When the U.S. Representatives and Senators from the former Confederate states reached Washington (in 1874/6), they set as a priority the creation of a statute prohibiting any future President or Congress from directing, by military order or federal legislation, the imposition of federal troops in any U.S. state.
The current administration is bypassing this act by arming the “Federal Police” e.g. the FBI, BLM, TSA, etc.
The next “civil war” will be fought by the people against the Federal Police force. The question remains: on whose side will be local and state police fight?
