Bad Sportsmanship? Indiana Girls Basketball Team Blows Out Opponent 107-2
December 13, 2012 at 12:08pm
@No Problems,
I have 3 sons, all three student athletes. You are like the parents who talked trash behind my back when my son was the only freshman to make the Varsity Baseball Team. Gee, it couldn’t be he made the team because outside of mandatory practice he works on his own while their kids play XBox live, now could it? It would have been more FAIR if they put him on JV, right?

Sometimes you’re the bug and sometimes you’re the windshield. I took my son’s out of rec sports by the time they were 8 and put them on teams they actually had to tryout for and could be cut! No mandatory playing time either, you had to fight for your spot at every practice and game. When they got to the top of one level, they moved to a team where they needed to push harder. They learned to take a beating score wise and go harder the next practice to correct their mistakes and work on deficiencies, they also beat teams by incredible scores. Funny thing is that after the game while the parents might have “felt” embarrassed there was never any bad blood between the players. All this PC crap has led to mediocrity, false self esteem and an entitlement mentality!
Hunter Legally Shoots Rare White Deer in Wisc. — So Why Are the Locals Calling It a ‘Moral Issue’?

A friend of mine has a deer on his land, that he has several pictures of that is spotted like an Appaloosa.

@Ashestoashes, it sure is HORRIBLE to teach kids to hunt and feed themselves! My son took a deer this past weekend, it will go straight from the processor into our freezer. Hopefully we will get two more for the season. Personally, I don’t know any hunters that kill deer willy nilly, the Brown and Down is not tolerated. And as for the White deer, I can see both sides….it’s kinda cool to have white deer hanging around but it was shot in an area that experiences Cronic Wasting Disease, which is an absolutely horrific way for a deer to die.
I would also like to add that hunters provide TONS of meat for local food banks!
$500 Daily Fine? Family Outraged After City Enforces Obscure Ordinance on Disabled Boy and His Pet Pig ‘Twinkie’

They have pigs now that are even smaller than a pot belly pig. Pigs are very intelligent and can be housebroken just like a dog.

It is a PET pig, I would imagine BRED to be a pet, NOT a 600 lb pig you would eat!

You are rather ignorant, not all pigs are bred for eating! Besides the ordinance says raising pigs, that would mean she would need more than one. Pigs are highly intelligent and are being bred smaller and smaller for pets NOT eating. A pygmy pig or mini pig is no bigger than a dog at less than 150 1bs. and less than 24″ at the shoulder.
What Does the Defense Industry & the U.S. Military Think of the Candidates? You May Be Surprised

I have seen the same as you. I have 2 active duty sons. My sons are both infantry and only ONE black infantryman in my sons platoon is for Obama! ONE!
What Does the Defense Industry & the U.S. Military Think of the Candidates? You May Be Surprised

This article is nonsense and it started with the statement that the military overwhelmingly supported Ron Paul. ONLY 1 vet group the IVAW which is a radical anti-war group threw their support behind Ron PauI. I have ASKED face to face several soldiers if they had heard of a ground swell of support for Paul and they’ve ALL said no. I have 2 sons that are active duty Army Infantry, according to them nobody is supporting Obama! I have visited them and the soldiers I have met laugh our loud about Obama! These are combat veterans and they think Obama is a joke. I can also promise you, maybe the REMFs donate but with the money our troops are paid, there is not a lot left over to donate to politicians.
Neil Cavuto Exposes Horrifying Devastation in Staten Island: Sanitation Workers Discovering ‘Bodies’ in Piles of Debris

Why are we not seeing volunteers helping with clean-up? Just last year after the tornado hit Tuscaloosa most of the STUDENTS at Alabama were hard at work volunteering going from neighborhood to neighborhood clearing debris. The churches had set up aid stations with food and clothing. Why aren’t we hearing about the students from NYU and Columbia pitching in to help?
