  Read the entire article IN CONTEXT. He didn’t say that the body shuts down and doesn’t ALLOW the rape to happen. He was saying that if a woman does not want to engage in sexual intercourse, certain bodily “preparations” do not take place which causes forced entry and tissue damage. If neither of those were proven to be present, it is difficult to prove whether sex was consensual or not. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. He was simply arguing that the prosecutor had no proof that there was forced intercourse. Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

  We opted out when our kids school sent a letter home with my sons that they were going to show a “sex education” video and have a question and answer session afterwards. I would rather “educate” them myself and definitely don’t want a teacher answering their questions about sex. Parents…..pay attention to EVERYTHING your children’s school sends home with them.
