The CEO needs to sue the IRS into oblivion and beyond.

Washington and Jefferson would have dispatched the deluded leadership before they would have laid a finger on the Bible.

Where’s the Hydrox and Spanish Bar Cake state?
March 31, 2014 at 10:52pm
The FBI is so audited.
March 31, 2014 at 8:01am
Maybe this isn’t a case to be left to the courts. Can’t Connecticut form a militia, invade Massachusetts, and bring Justina Pelletier home?
March 30, 2014 at 10:55pm
These talks were only for the purpose of giving Putin cover. “I tried to negotiate but there was no better solution,” than Russia invading Crimea and perhaps the remainder of Ukraine.

“Take what you can. Give nothing back.”

Yep. Pelosi has his…and hers.
March 26, 2014 at 10:20pm
Best solution yet regarding the emails. Trample any who stand in the way.
March 26, 2014 at 10:16pm
Pointing does nothing. Trey, Issa, and Jordan are just as guilty of dragging their feet to subpoena and jail the felons as Lerner and Koskinen are guilty of dragging their feet to testify and produce the emails.
March 26, 2014 at 9:53pm
Trey! Less theatrics. Give them jail time, already.
Class & Style!
Where does Trey get those slick 1920's suits.
He pimps it like a real man.
Yet another Dog and Pony Show. More Finger Pointing and Fist shaking in front of the Camera's and then it'll go nowhere, like always. No one is scared of these Washington Politicians. Why should they be ?
VOTE THEM ALL OUT. IMPEACH AND IMPRISON THE REST.
Ted the Duke
"Kickin' @$$ and takin` names"
Every other department seems to have jack booted thugs to sick on the American people. Where is Trey Gowdy's jack booted thugs that can march into the IRS headquarters and TAKE what is the American citizens to take - that being every stitch of Louis Learner material they can get their hands on - the hard drives, the computers the files the notes - everything including anybody else's stuff that her stuff points to. I say you lock Koskinen into a jail cell until you have every piece of paper and electronic correspondence you are entitle to - he stays in a jail cell with the guy sarcastically nicknamed "Tiny" until you have it and you withhold his pay the entire time and sick the bank on his mortgage. That's what the IRS would do if the situation was reversed.
At the 'close of the day' today
shook hands with Gowdy.
Can we just kick Obama out on his rear end and make this guy president?
You know ad federal agents every email is kept and filed and available in less than a half hour. This excuse by the IRS guy is obstruction.
amen ..........pass the ammo..........if it was one of us we would already be in prison........
Looks like we're all more or less in agreement. We love you Trey, and all that, but you have been saying the same thing for 5 years now when asked when is your committee actually going to accomplish something and that is, "I dunno."
When asked why you say "I dunno," your reply is, "I dunno." And then most frustratingly you admit to it.
Honesty, which you have in abundance is a great and refreshing thing in your line of work, but what we really need is some good old fashioned teeth. Tearing, ripping, gnawing teeth. Else you just look like a cute monkey. No offense meant.
Feel free to forward this on to your boss.
Why did TheBlaze leave out this exchange between Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and Koskinen?
Meadows: "Let me ask you this, at what point should this committee hold you and your agency in contempt for not complying? What's the timeline?"
Koskinen: "I think the timeline is whenever you think you could actually sustain that in a court."
Boom! In your face Meadows.
And then TheBlaze also left out this comment by Issa...
"Mr. Commissioner [Koskinen], I appreciate you were treated well in some cases, and in some cases, our members went off topic," "You handled yourself incredibly well."
Thank you. Thank you very much.
So how much money is the Right going to allow/support Issa and company and the IRS in complying with this witch-hunt?
Already in the Millions of dollars.
And when NOTHING comes from the witch-hunt... Will the Right condemn Issa and co. for wasting so much tax-payer money?
Not only does Trey kick @ss, but he kicks @ss in pin stripes!
Time to start making examples of people. This seems like a good place to start.
I'm not sure I understand the point of these hearings. A way to fatten up the political ad clip folder? YouTube clips for the grand kids? I watched a documentary a while back on the Nixon impeachment and congress grilling Ford...my how things have changed...it seems it is just as another poster replied a dog and pony show.
Enough with all the talking – people need to go to jail for all the illegal activity that has gone on.
DANG that Trey Gowdy is good.
That's is all this is you know.
Gowdy is Issa's Mini-Me.
Just wasting time and money in going nowhere media hoe publicity stunts.
It's a fast trip to NO HIGHER POLITICAL OFFICE.
Case in point Ted Cruz. The GOP hates and shuns him
and won't nominate him for anything.
The horse is dead. You can stop beating it... You can be the next Ted Cruz, Trey. Another back bencher trying to get to the head of the class. All he is showing is he has none.
How odd. If the FBI is investigating a Citizen and their emails were part of the investigation, they would have those emails in their possession in a matter of days.
Why would it take years to get emails for Obama's attack dog in the IRS?
This is all great theatrics but for all his indignant posturing what does Gowdy or the rest of the republican controlled committee/house actually accomplish? Pretty much nothing to date. I'd prefer to see some actual indictments and maybe jail time over the useless finger pointing we've seen so far.
Start throwing them in jail and see if it takes years to get the emails they are looking for.
What complete and utter nonsense. You teabaggers need to grow up already! What does this have to do with National Security? The Deficit? The National Debt? Really, this and Benghazi is all you got. I know you think this makes you look important and in charge but you are laughed at by 70% or more of the country. No one cares about this nonsense except yourselves!
That's not theatrics; it's expecting direct replies to direct questions. It's *about time* a congressman stands up for proper procedure instead of letting liar avoid answering questions.
Good idea. Send the supervisors to jail because they refuse to comply with a valid subpoena and let their underlings who are not as politically motivated supply the documents (all of them, not just a select few).
Galt, agreed isn't that what he said about Lerner?
Gowdy's another establishment crank that supports a 'Path to Citizenship'
He should be ignored and voted out.
withhold the pay of any and all federal employees..including the AG and Pres...that do not comply with the subpoena and provide the material requested IMMEDIATELY...
those emails are on a server...backed up...they can be retrieve in a matter of minutes with a few keystrokes from the Network Admin...you can batch print them to a high speed printer (20 pages per minute) and have them to the hearing in a matter of hours...
this is all BS and Trey and Congress should call them on it...
while talking to the morons...send your page out to print your own email, bring them back, and say.. "my aid just printed these from X date in the time I was talking to you, now get your A$$ back to your office and print what we need and bring it here now or you are FIRED, no pay, no benefits effective IMMEDIATELY"
I can access my January 2010 emails in 15 seconds on gmail. Lets assume due to security and everything govt being terribly run that getting their 2010 emails would take longer...so I would think 1 week would be plenty. Thus far it has been over a month. Now this is a subpoena so they don't need to proof read ect anything. The IRS has no security clearance that would require anything from being redacted. Therefore, they merely need to print the emails and deliver them. So 1 week to "find" what takes me 15 seconds and then lets give them another week to print them off....SO why are they not already in contempt?
And this is what we pay congressmen to do. Glad they don't think we have any real problems. But then again this was the group that though shutting down the government was a good thing. Until of course it started hurting the wealthy companies and wealthy individuals who bought and paid for these folks.
If he was Martha Stewart he would already be behind bars along with Lois. To the extent they are not makes Trey just one more clown in the circus.
How 'bout Koskinen and Lerner in jail until the unredacted copies are made available....or, guilt by omission...Charge them and let them prove otherwise...what an absolute waste of time and energy!!
Unfortunitly the only one tha can bring charges isthe DOJ and you know that will never happen. According to the empty chair not a smiddgen of coruption? Really the fantasy lives on.
Trey Gowdy is the man!!!!!
Give me a break! I have worked and get the emails pronto in very serious cases. This is continued stalling because they know they are all in the wrong. Trey is an outstanding prosecutor and this lawyer is just a stumble bum defense attorney. World of difference between good and outstanding attorneys. Emails can be easily sorted, but if all are required, a subpena does it. Printing out emails make take a day or two, but not years. We have done it, and this lawyer is just stalling but then that is why they pay him.
Frog March First, then questions...

The plane probably flew to Somalia, just in its fuel range. From there, hopefully not to Israel. If so, at least they are ready.

On day one when Obama announced his minimum wage initiative, where were you Bill Gates? You and many others should have spoken up then and said, “It’s cr*p.” On day one when Obama announced his changes to salaried workers, where were you? When Obamacare first reared its ugly head, where were the outspoken critics from the insurance and medical fields? They were almost to the man and woman, silent. Then there’s the other Gates. General Robert M Gates spoke out with his book, Duty: A Memoir of a Secretary at War, after the 2012 election. Not before when some of his claims would have been useful.

War on the Saints by Jessie Penn Lewis and The Holy War by John Bunyan (who also wrote Pilgrim’s Progress) go into great detail regarding the circumstances of how people “give ground” to the enemy of their souls. Best to start with The Holy War.

So when we see OJ Obama in those slow motorcades he’s being chased in slow motion by the police.

Absolutely. More to the point than USA! USA! USA! every time a protester interrupts a conservative speaker. Way more useful and to the point.
