  EXACTLY,Florida is a RIGHT TO WORK STATE unless you were killed or lost body parts on the job no attorney will take the suit against an employer unless YOU give them money up front then you lose again the employer can fire you for ANY REASON without recourse by the employee so for those that say taxpayers will lose more money not.You can however sue INDIVIDUALS be it from Private Sector or Public Sector employer’s THEN they don’t have the county or whomever standing behind them it’s just 1 on 1 and of course you need a solid case which I believe she does with the e-mails and what the court system will make the principal and superintendent reveal about the situation.That’s what it’s going to take in this environment we work in today I hate the word sue BUT if that’s what it takes to set these people straight then so be it.They will no longer be represented by the employer they work for be it private or public there will no one to hide behind they will have to roll the dice and find their own representation and HOPE that they come out on top and after just a FEW come out on the bottom people of all walks of life WILL start to rethink what their intentions and actions will reap them in consequences if they lose before they jump to interfere with another persons livelihood.

  How do we know the girls she was coaching even knew what her second job was?Just sayin I respect your opinion and your values and also agree with you on doing WHATEVER it takes to protect my two daughters but if they are what you say they are then I would think you would have to ask yourself that question with an open mind.Fort Meyers covers a very large area it would be completely possible for this coach to work at one of the areas many Hooters with out her students knowing.Again just something to ponder.
