  Maybe you should tell us how a man who says he reads the Bible everyday and tries to incorporate it in his daily life needs to accept your advice on how he would be better off, if he just had your wisdom, understanding and vast knowledge of what YOU get out of scanning some scripture…….sometimes.

  The simple minded Beckel also seems to have forgot ‘the government’ at that time was 100% controled by the Democrats. The lynchings, segragation, police butality was 100% done by Democrats. The Viet Nam war was 100% supported by the Democrats and it was LBJ who lied about the ‘Gulf of Tonkin’ that ‘forced him to send 500,000 troops into that ‘police action’.   Here is the problem, as I see it, The Obama has with his Administration. He has surrounded himself and filled his Administration with every foul and lying sack of godlessness. So that leaves no ‘average’ lifer that can replace any of his people. So, when one is actually found out to be a genuine Democrat, they must recycle. I’m quite sure that who ever replaces these people will be JUST as incompetent yet beyond loyalty to The Obama. There is not a single individual that would work for or with or even support The Obama that doesn’t live in the ‘brood of vipers’ pit.

  This is why I believe that this is a two pronged war. One is the Cultural War and the other and most important is the Spiritual War. Jesus gave His gospel to all people. He didn’t ‘try to get the Hispanics or the ‘Blacks’ or the young or the women, to accept Him. He spoke the truth as was given Him by His Father, God. He offered this ‘culture’ to anybody who has an ear to hear. If those that refected that Truth then he shook the dust from His feet and moved on. This should be the Conservative platform. Tell the truth and if we lose elections it will not be on the message but on those that do not have the ears to hear.The culture is fast collapsing because our national conscience connection to ‘general Christian values’ is becoming a bygone era. I have chosen not to be as ‘active’ in getting ‘the right guy’ in office but I am looking for the ‘guy with some spiritual connection to the God of the Bible.

  If that ‘religion’ espouses the beheading of non-believers and the ‘forced acceptence’ of their god and ultimately their whole dogma is that the U.S.A needs to be destroyed and the Constitution should be thrown out and personnal freedom MUST be put aside, then I don’t think that ‘religion’ is covered in the Constitution. I believe that ‘religion’ and all the symbols that link to such a social/political lifestyle, in this country, is called ‘SEDITION’.

  Yes it is more than probable that Jesus was born more closely to Passover where the Hebrews would have gone to their hometowns to celebrate after the feast of Passover. And it is probable, that this is when Ceaser decided to have a census taken. But your ‘Title’ is offensive to most and your costume, Mr. Morris is a symbol of ‘religious authority’ and it strikes fear in some people. Your ‘anger’ with The Obama over abortion strikes ‘discontent’ in some people and your ‘unscriptural acceptence of sexual perversity’ is most offensive to the ONE that called such behavior wrong. So, drop the ‘title’, collar, the angst against abortion and tighten up your scriputual dogma. Don’t get angy like a little boy, just do what I say and we can have a normal XMAS Holiday Season.

  ‘He who conquers himself is greater than he who conquers a city.’ This is the argument that is never debated in our society. These posts show that there are people who have gone beyond the concensus and have come up with questions about The Bible and Science. It seems that the debate between ‘Evolution and Creation’ by the ‘scientific Creationist’ and a ‘scientific atheist’ has never taken place! Dawkins refuses to accept the debate as with the rest of the academic world. Biologists and physicists that bemoan ‘design’ will not enter the debate as being ‘below their intellect’, to debate ‘concluded science’ . Yet there is more than enough information from the scientific world to question the very premis of ‘evolution’. Henry M. Morris, a physicist and biologist, wrote a book called ‘Scientific Creationism’. Using todays knowledge, not ‘bronze age or 18th Century’ knowledge, he introduces to the ‘evolutionist’ a ‘proven’ scientific argument that disputes ‘the theory’. Not calling out derision but the ‘what about’ questions that are the basis of scientific methodology. It is not anti-science to question either ‘creation’ or ‘evolution’ but to stop the debate is ‘contempt prior to investigation’ and that according to Herbert Spencer leaves man in an everlasting ignorance.
