  Here is the issue……. the DUI enforcement program has essencially been effective. Most Americans HAVE reduced their driving under the influence. However, this gives less statistics and focus to Law Enfocement and groups like MADD. So, if you have noticed, Police often mention “ALCOHOL RELATED ACCIDENTS” now – which totally negates the need to SAY DUI – however it still makes you think “DRUNK DRIVER”. But it’s not totally in sync with their AGENDA for fighting drunk driving because the STATS don’t fit. So, now they have to lower the limits to PAD THE STATS – to continue to make their agenda points.
