Given that she allowed this creep near the child, Child Protective Services is more in order. He's a sexual deviant, and she at best has extraordinarily poor judgment..and at worst is willfully complicit in endangering the welfare of a child.

Because they gave this guy a pass, 150 people died. And they wonder why I won’t fly.
That along with the scans, perverted pat downs most all of us have witnessed, ridiculous items that are banned (2 inch long nail clippers?!?), etc...
We will only fly if there is a family emergency where time is of the utmost importance. Other than that, lots of pretty fly-over country to drive through and see in between locations :-)
But you drive, don't you? And how many people get passed that can't really drive?
Your reasoning is a bit illogical there, wouldn't you say?
I’m pretty sure he was aware of the “situation” when he locked the pilot out and flew the airplane into a mountain…
gbgreta there is no smoking in this story. As a flight instructor I have seen several budding aviators have similar issues that they overcome. The ones that don't, don't go on.

No story here. Running through the streets of New York with a gun in his hands – the guy is lucky he’s alive. He should thank the cops for being fat, slow and bad shots.

A non-serious health report for a non-serious candidate.
I agree with you. All these new PC laws just give me a headache!

No surprise that the Trumpettes will tend toward violence if they don’t get their way. That’s one reason they have been attracted to the bully Trump in the first place. If he starts pandering and backsliding, they WILL turn on him.
Live by the sword….
Excuse me….and you don’t think the left is gonna “get violent” if Hlltery doesn’t get elected????
Let me fill you in on something ….. we are finished as a nation!! Finished. The reset button will soon be hit!!!! Our punishment is coming big time from God....and we deserve it!!

Should be gun safety and range time required for every 6th grader in U.S. public schools.
I'm a teacher in TX and had an 8th grade student in school shoot herself in the foot at home, luckily minor injury. The School Resource Officer & I offered to hold Gun Safety Training to avoid something even worse...when the request went up the chain-of-command, the answer from on-high was..."we are a gun free-zone"...WTF does that have to do with knowledge and safety.
If I had asked to do training in condom use I'm sure the answer would not have been so convoluted and stupid but a resounding, "Absolutely and how can we help!!!???"
gb: well, the NRA has the Eddie Eagle gun-safety program available (for cheap-or-free) for elementary schools. There are districts out there where parents have asked the school to bring it in, and the school edu-crats have nixed it simply because it was developed by the NRA and they don't want those 'evil' 'sickos' brainwashing the young-lings, and handling guns and all that . Doesn't matter that there aren't even mock-ups in it or anything like that; the kids are simply taught "If you see a gun laying someplace, STOP. Don't touch. Go and get an adult." But ... whatever.

Maybe he’s sincerely and deeply concerned about the track this nation is on? That would be a drag on anyone’s health and appearance.
Here he was joking around with OReilly. Very inside-baseball and tongue-in-cheek. I wouldn’t take much, if anything, from this exchange,

The kid was awakened from a sound sleep by his house falling down. He looks really grey and is probably in shock. He needs a blanket, fluids, and a quiet place to rest.
From what I've read those essentials are not available in Aleppo.

The water wasn’t that deep, but that lady was sure no help to herself. The key is to avoid those situations in the first place so you don’t have to put other lives at risk for your own stupidity.
Good thing the good old boys were out patrolling.
I mostly agree, but it's still nice to see us win. Lilly is from my hometown, it's not very big. Pretty exciting she can win Olympic gold over cheaters and hopefully bring some pride home.
Gbgreta.....I tend to agree on the greed and worship associated with sports in general. I look at the billions that are spent on wooing them and the smoking craters left behind when they're through and I have to say that the benefit to those countries has been very marginal. I watched a documentary recently on what happened after the Russian Olympics and because the infrastructure was so horribly done the whole thing was just "expensed".
At lease the World's fairs which have occurred in Washington state yielded benefits to both communities which endure from the 60's and 70's to present. These seem to have been the far better public investment.
Baazackly....as much as I dislike Gumble...his expose' on the IOC Sochi, Greece et al...was spot on..
The IOC is not the athletes. They work very hard. You on the other hand. , suck.
Well I'm nobody then because I love them. The corruption of the IOC doesn't change the fact that these are spectacular athletes who are living their dreams.
obama has made tucking your tail between your legs fashionable in the USA. I just hope the American entrants believe in America more than they believe in obama.

Any decent journalist would have pinned down the rest of the story.
What the h$ll was wrong with the idiot who hit them?
