I wonder what Obama thinks of 2 Thes 2 (if he know what that means)!

Most in the media do not seem to know that Matthew 7 (the Chapter many refer to since it talks about not judging others) warns about false prophets (by their fruit you will recognize them) and false disciples (‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’).

Didn’t the Thirteenth Amendment abolish involuntary servitude?
She's not being forced to work. She's being required not to discriminate against customers on the basis of sexuality if she chooses to operate an American business. The 13th Amendment doesn't apply. This line of reasoning is so hysterical--I would just LOVE to see someone try it in an American court. XD
It wouldn't matter. The "legal" or intended definition has been eroded and changed so much over time. That's what they've been trying to do for decades to the 2A.
They've taken the 14th amendment and twisted it to suit the purposes of LW progressive azz*wipes and use it as a "cover all" for about anything that doesn't fit their definition of any other amendment.

No one ever got beheaded for saying that the Westboro Baptist Church was misinterpreting Scripture and it was not rare for other Christian leaders to condemn them and no harm came to those who did.
If the battery has enough juice to start a fire, then you are probably taking it out of the smoke alarm too soon (following a government bureaucrat’s advice rather than waiting for the low battery chirp)!
The “For Sale” sign makes me wonder if it was really an “accident”. Was the owner up-side-down in his mortgage?

I never saw a DI laugh at the firing range.
I was in Army Basic in the Summer of ’72. My Company was one third draftees, one third Guard and Reserve, and one third Regular Army.
One day, my DI yelled at the draftee in the concrete foxhole next to me. The draftee turned toward the DI, pivoting his whole body and his loaded M-16A1 toward the DI and yelled back “Stop yelling at me!” The DI complied with the request and it got real quite on the range. About a week later the draftee was given a bus ticket home. I don’t recall the DI yelling at any of the rest of at the range after that, but it was over 42 years ago.

See John 3:17 (yes, the one after the oft quoted John 3:16).

Is it real church growth or trading members or consolidation of churches?

21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
According to Jesus, calling on his name is not enough to get you into heaven. Both Peter and Paul DISAGREE saying, "Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Acts 2:21, Romans 10:13).
Yet another contradiction from the book of truth.
It seems to me, if Peter and Paul are wrong and Jesus is right, then that's even more reason to live life by your own terms, since you could be fooled into believing you're a Christian and going to Hell anyways while missing out on living a more fulfilling life in the short time we exist.

Florida should have the highest church attendance since it is “Heaven’s Waiting Room”!
I spent my first 30 years living in central Florida, so I never knew how "old" of a state it was until I left for a few years and came back. Wow. It's like if you make it to 75 years old, you automatically get shipped to FL for the remainder of your days.

I got Abraham too. I answered the question “the responsible one”, but Abraham wasn’t very responsible when he visited Egypt.
Therefore, I question the Biblical knowledge of the person that made up the quiz.

To be fair, Active Duty Military aren’t allowed to speak out, except for explaining why they are retiring, but during their retirement ceremony they usually aren’t Active Duty anymore.
True of your rank and file, but your General and Flag officers who preach doing the right thing for the right reason - and take the same oath seem a bit hypocritical. I notice none of them think it worthy enough to resign and make a statement and underscore it with a press conference. They all seem to wait until they are safely retired then they make a statement. Not a lot of moral fortitude in your senior officer ranks mate.
