  • It is unavailable on the MSNBC and NBC website.

  • Oooo, we got to 18 seconds this time before it decided to re-buffer.

  • Yeah, the buffering is horrible… I really wanted to watch this; it seems that I will not be able to. I cannot stand the constant pauses.

  • @JEZCRUZEN – Have you ever been on a domestic violence call, have you had to deal with this type of person on a day-to-day basis? I have, you are quick to point the finger at something you do not know all the facts on. Also he was not on the ground when the officer started to fire, granted, I must admit he did fire to many shots, but when your adrenaline is pumping and you are in fear for your life not always can humans go by the book. That is a human flaw, and by your post, it seems to me you have plenty.

  • After watching this video several times I determined this is best left to Internal Affairs; though, it seems IA already voted in the officers favor. I have had dealings with IA, and they do a very thorough job in deciding cases like excessive force, and cases like the one above.

Being an officer myself, I cannot make any judgement call. I cannot do that because this does not appear to give the full story, we do not know what that officer was told by dispatch, nor do we know if the victim had prior convictions other then domestic violence. However, it must also be said that domestic violence calls are some of the most dangerous for officers.

  • I have never agreed with the aggressive pat-downs by the TSA, nor will I. I am a corrections officer, and we would be sued by not only the inmates, but the visitors if we did pat-downs like the TSA does. We cannot pat-down inmates like that, hardly less their visitors.

This female officer should have taken her in for a private screening if she knew she was a minor, and because she was a minor the parent or guardian would have to be present for the minor’s safety as well as the officer’s safety. This pat-down, if it had to be done, should not have been done in the terminal in-front of God and everybody.

It really does not matter what she was wearing, what matters is the fact that a minor was exposed to the public. One may say, “Well, she should not be wearing this, that or the other,” or “I don’t let my daughter wear something like that.” The bottom line, she was a minor, she was exposed to the public by an action completed by an adult who is also something of an authority figure. Those are the cold, hard facts whether we agree with the TSA and their presumed authority, or not.

This female officer more then likely did not mean to cause the young lady’s dress to fall, but that does not mean that she should not get fired, or sued. We all have to be responsible for our actions, whether we “mean” to do them, or not.

  • Exactly, we have to give some sort of citation concerning what we say… However, when we ask for the same they shut down and refuse to give the proof that they, themselves want. Double standards anyone?

  • Bullying seems to be a major issue these days… My thought is, “Grow a thicker skin.” However, Ann is correct when she says that it seems that the left is against it unless it is contradictory to their agenda. I know I have been blasted on many occasions for my thoughts on certain matters from the leftist Nazis who tend to believe they sit on a higher pedestal than the rest of us. My final word on this: “You liberals are not above the rest of America, you put your pants on the same way I do; also, remember who put you in office.

  • I ask everyone to take a look at all this from a different angle. I am generally not a conspiracy theorist; however, listening to Glenn speak last night made me think of it a bit differently. Yes, I still think it has a lot to do with an attack on our freedom of speech, but I think it goes deeper. So if the Ambassador was CIA, as suggested in last night’s show, it still does not all add up. If he was the arms dealer to the Libyan revolutionaries that means he was put there to deal those arms by our government, like the “Fast and Furious” incident. The U.S. has provided arms before to supposed “liberation” forces; however, I do not recall us ever going back to try and reclaim the weapons.
I think the ambassador was going to blow a whistle on something bigger then what we could imagine, I think the CIA issued a “Burn Notice” for the him, and the seals with him. As Mr. Beck said, where was his armored vehicle, where was his protection detail, where was everyone? To me it was clearly an assassination.

  • Wow, I cannot believe that… I work in a prison and we allow the inmates to have family photos in their notebooks; as long as they are not suggestive. I cannot believe that this school did not originally want their STUDENTS (not inmates) to have any pictures in their notebooks.
