While zero tolerance may be Autozone’s policy, it is NOT protected by the constitution. However, the Employee’s right to bear arms and protect himself sure the hell is. A constitutional right always trumps a dumb store policy in every aspect of the law. If he decides to sue, he’ll win. Autozone may want to take that into consideration. I will shop Napa from here on out. Autozone will never see another one of my dollars.
