I couldn’t watch the video, I already want them beaten and had I watched I would want far worse. My day already stinks too much to add these two to it. Poor baby girl.

That is an awesome plan, unfortunately my hubby had other plans and is gravely ill. I have stocked our home in the city as much as possible and will work on it as we can, but we cannot leave for the country. Our city lot is too small for growing enough to sustain us, so I am buying storable food and praying. A lot.

There is not a decent person on this board that wouldn’t do all they could to give this boy his body whole and true. But we can’t. And we couldn’t give him the spirit that causes him to get up and pursue his dream. HIS dream, not ours. It is easy to do the whole lemons to lemonade crap when you are sitting pretty and able to move through society unrestrained, he has had to push his way through to acceptance and opportunity, and has done a pretty good job.

I work at Target and we have no where near 90% turn around. We hired only 5 seasonal and we will only keep 1. We also don’t shrink wrap our returns, we mark as a return and/or discount. We have had people return nail polish remover and have it actually be colored water. We have people steal goods off our floor, turn around to guest service and claim lost receipt and get a refund. While this does sound inside, it is not Target’s fault, they are a better employer than the any I have had in the past. Some people just suck and will steal the dumbest stuff just because they can.

Had a wonderful neighbor that worked for the LDS adoption services and she explained how they, forgive the term, divey up the caucasian kids. It is a simple fact that white kids are in shorter supply and greater demand. If a couple has no children, they are at the top of the list, followed by those with biological kids, but first adoption. Then all others. It is a fair system that doesn’t recognize status. The Romneys are to be commended for expanding their family and offering to love a child, MSNBC wouldn’t understand loving without noticing color.

The story doesn’t show us the CAT scans. I’m sure the family saw massive damage to their son’s brain. I know, as most parents, I would move heaven and earth to save my child. They must have seen evidence that heaven was taking him, no matter what.

Doesn’t want anyone damaging his “bi-polar” image. He is the little guy, fighting for the little guy against those evil Repulicans. He is also a financial wizard that somehow managed, what, 150% return on his stock picks? Anyone curious about that? He is one of the few Dems who I believe is corrupt through and through. Florida, what were you thinking? Oh yea, it was a Republican that changed the district to get rid of a good conservative man, Allen West.

It clearly says on the package that smoking can put you at risk of blood clots. My daughter (a non smoker) takes these and has very little nausea, they have been a really good option. The company will soon be out of the BC business because of lawsuits, the lawyers are already trolling for “victims” of Yaz.

I don’t know how you could find the stat, but I know in my state, NM,we have had a rash of animal killings. Wouldn’t be surprised if nationwide the numbers of killing have risen. For some reason we as a nation have lost our empathy and I have to wonder if humanity is not coming apart at the seams. It is really frightening for those of us who have raised young adults of good moral character, they have to live with these monsters roaming among them.

Good people of character might have pelted a car (young enthusiasm), but upon having a driver exit the car to complain, they should have said they were sorry and backed off. Everything that followed after the driver stopped the car was out of line but I don’t know how they can punish it.

I don’t know if uptight is the correct word, reactionary is more like it. I think the class chose it to try to shock the prof. I would be interested if he would be so open minded to a book with a more conservative viewpoint. My feeling is that the discussion would have involved the prof mocking more than anything else. But hey, I could be wrong and this could be an honest academic that is interested in real discussion.

I just keep thinking about how Limbaugh said that the NFL was in the libs crosshairs. He said that we would start to hear about the damage it did to the players in an effort to make us feel bad for he players. Then we would hear about how terrible the players were as humans. I lol’d then, I’m not laughing now. Pro football is the only sport I enjoy watching. It is played by good men, flawed men and bad men. I will leave it to the players, the management and the law to take care of it. In the meantime, Go Broncos!

Also a New Mexican and not an illegal. I love how the budget ballooned from 400mil to 600mil within a couple of weeks of Gov. Martinez’s election. Apparently Richardson managed to “overlook” 200mil worth of red ink. BTW, does he even live here anymore, last I heard he split his time between DC, NYC and the M. Vineyard.

The Patriot Act, Immigration (amnesty), Medicare D, the Education bill, the wars, these were the issues that ACTUALLY started the Tea Party movement. We began calling and emailing our representatives. We started forcing ourselves out of the routines of work and family and began working to find out why these people seemed to be governing against the people rather than for the people. It had nothing to do with a black man in office and everything to do with the awakening of a people. These aren’t Liberal/Conservative issues, these are Progs vs. Constitutionalist issues.

They can be quite nasty hmmm? She says this almost matter of factly and with a tinge of admiration. Had this been a republican president, the comparisons to Nixon would never stop. Barry even has an enemies list, yet crickets.

I didn’t and my daughter didn’t. We aren’t “religious” or opposed to drinking on some moral grounds. It just isn’t important to do, and if your not 21 it is illegal. That is all my daughter needed to know.

Doesn’t it just blow your mind how fast it happened?

What I hear is that Oprah feels she speaks for everyone and everyone needs her to interpret the world. I have a slightly “new agey” feeling for what God is to me, but have lived my entire life believing that there are many paths to the Lord. Unfortunately, I have not found much tolerance from the atheist on most things, but I will give them this one. Oprah just uses her guest as a mirror, they are interchangeable but all she sees is the magnificent O. Reminds me of another O. Both flaming narcissist.

That is EXACTLY why you didn’t see the elderly or disabled down there. There were just the “usual suspects’. They tweeted one another about the run on food stamps. They know who got what and they need to deduct the amount they got from the next month(s) EBT allotment.

  • October 12, 2013 at 9:04pm

Hate putting on the foil hat, but we all know social media is monitored. How hard would it be to tag EBT, riot and a few other key words. See how long it would take to spread in a certain area… God, I am amazed how fast all this happened. How we got here to the point of having so many people absolutely dependent on the government.
