  Why did he have it laying on the seat in plain view. Anywhere hidden, it wouldn’t have gotten him arrested unless they tried probable cause search for a broken tail light which he could probably sue for false arrest!

  Whatever happened to logical sanity? Teachers throwing tantrums if a child’s Pop-Tart looks like a gun and berates the child in front of his peers threatening with possible police action and supported by the school administration. Why is calm logic not used anymore when dealing with children. I remember things as a child that would have placed me in Juvenile detention for years today. My parents, after being contacted by police, calmly explained to me my mistake, asked what punishment was appropriate, and dealt it out while not in front of my brothers and sisters. Everybody seems to lose it these days and beat the hell out of the kids either physically or mentally in front of everybody, to scare the hell out of the other kids, possibly creating PTSD symptoms in all the children. I can understand how some are growing up with mental problems.

  I could understand not sitting the kids down and issuing one sided propaganda about Easter being a Christian holiday and should be one of the only Christian religious holidays observed and no other religions holidays should ever be observed. The removal of the word “Easter” would not be “necessary” if left up to the children but when bigoted adults get into it and want anything construed as religious in any way shape or form, it becomes a “politically correct” issue. It is unfortunate that the innocent children get caught up in our “politically Correct” battles that only serve to pit one American faction against another. This only works to the advantage of the “filthy rich bankers” control of the US Executive Branch and associated Congressmen/Women.

  Fightingbear makes an excellent observation! Instead of Americans coming together to fight this attack on our freedoms, Obama has us fighting each other to ensure we are all distracted away from his obvious agenda, nullification of the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and our freedoms. Unfortunately, many politicians and media are onboard with his agenda and are constantly adding fuel to the fire fights they started amongst the different factions in America. If both sides of the arguments took a break and seriously looked at how they are being manipulated, we could possibly stand a chance of fighting for our freedoms before it is too late!!!

  I did not see one single positive religious view throughout all the comments. Consider, what if transgenders, homosexuals, etc. are Gods way of testing us. Does he wish to see us hate these individuals or understand that these individuals have been given a great burden to bear by God similar to the Great burden his son Jesus bore for all mankind. :-)

  If he is guilty, then everyone carrying a gun must attend police training to now when and where you can use a gun. Gun safety cources don’t normally do that. After those police shot up the truck with the woman in it, they apparently need better training. Also, that vehicle was driving down the street and police shot at it in great numbers. So appears it is okay for police to shoot at fleeing suspects even if they are not suspects and civilians can’t shoot at actual fleeing suspects. The police struck a number of houses and vehicles with their fire which was okay but civilian being charged didn’t hit anything and is a criminal. Something smells fishy, here.

  I wish I had met a “beautiful” woman like this when I was younger. I find it offensive that the website that allowed the posting of all the derogatory comments defended their right to cyber-bully someone. We need anti-bully laws to stop all this stupid childish behavior. People have died from being bullied into severe depression. You have my utmost respect young woman for standing up to them and bringing to light a bad problem in our society. Even people that were bullied when they were young assume that it is a natural occurrence and cannot be stopped. Let’s all rise above this type of behavior and just say no!

  I think if every US Citizen living in that apartment complex put out a small flag in a flower pot to show support, then confirm their intentions to leave once they are threatened with eviction, they might actually accomplish something, The right for every Citizen to display the US Flag when they desire to. I think that in this day and age where the US Constitution has been under constant fire by some factions in the US, a 3 July flag day for all supporters of the US Constitution to bolster support to all the Citizens that are being bombarded by numerous media sources attacking on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
