Poor children everywhere are sympathetic. This invasion has been engineered by Obama/
Jarrett with total disregard for the risk to these children. I am FURIOUS at the impotence
of Congress that lets Obama get away with this Machiavellian ploy. The 2008 law applies
to victims of trafficking and UACs, not to “family units” which are 70% of the traffic. Obama
has emergency powers to protect the national security and health of this country. There
is NO excuse for his not summarily deporting all family units and demanding the Mexico
stop passage of these illegals. No lawyers or hearings are necessary except for the UACs.

This Machiavellian plot of Obama/Jarrett must be defeated with aggressive opposition. The
2008 law, which was meant for victims of trafficking ( not willing travelers), gives emergency
powers to Obama to summarily return these invaders. Only UACs whose parents can not be
contacted get lawyers and hearings. The invasion will not stop until plane loads arrive back
in Cent Am. Not a dime to Obama for any other purposes.

If the GOP weren’t so painfully incompetent at messaging, picture ID could be a winning
issue. No one benefits more from having ID than minorities. It gives them entry into all
of the conveniences available to the rest of society. ID doesn’t suppress, it liberates! The
reason more vote after ID laws is because the DNC is forced to get out and assist its base
in getting the cards. They are free and more easily available than ever before. Get an ID
and get off of the plantation.

Despite 40 years of avoiding consequences and full responsibility, he is still woefully incapable of positing anything other than “the ends justify the means”. The main difference between him
and Obama is that Obama recognizes that without some level of capitalism he can’t finance
    his repressive agenda.

Perhaps the article should have explained what it means if you can read it. Other than
demonstrating that you are fluent in English and aren’t blind, I’m not sure.

It seems that they are acknowledging that the law is at odds with its policy. Other than asking
customers not to carry, the policy is unenforceable. I am vehemently opposed to any company
that caves to the militant but vocal minority of gun haters. They are the ones operating outside
the law not the gun owners. It would be inconvenient to totally quit Target but it won’t be
my first or second choice any more. The fascists must be stopped.

The ineptitude of Issa in closing out this case is stunning. The question should be why the
IT team didn’t immediately use the backup system to restore the data when the hard drive
died???? Why didn’t Lerner retrieve the info from the backup system herself??? It is
preposterous to believe that they wouldn’t use the backup system before the alleged 6 months had expired. Anyone who has had a crash knows to use whatever system he/she
uses for backup right away. Why is it so hard for Issa to ask the right questions and follow up with harder questions???

The call to youtube was related to the protests in Cairo. It makes perfect sense for the WH to want
to stop the spread of the video, however, using the video to cover up the facts and causes of the
attacks in Benghazi was purely political. They knew the video had nothing to do with Benghazi
but it is not illegal for the WH to lie, be incompetent or to spin for political advantage. The GOP
can use the information to expose the abject incompetence and dishonesty of Hillary, but the low
info voters don’t care. The GOP needs to get back to the IRS where demonstrable criminal
    activity occurred.

Gratefully someone in Congress has the courage to tell the truth about
the unholy power Comcast already has. It’s refusal to even look at the
content on theblaze or analyze the traffic is clear evidence that the decisions
are based on politics. This merger MUST be stopped. Unfortunately, the
GOP is being paid off by the left wing to abandon the people.

It’s important to note that none of the complaints about this program is about it being
too rigorous. To the contrary, the complaints are about the degree of propaganda and
the absurdity of the math instruction. Saying that getting the right answer is less important
than the process is nonsense. Why do math at all if the right answer is irrelevant?

Unless they coordinate to rally their supporters to fight against immigration reforms
immediately, there will be no country to save. The push back against legalization of illegals MUST be strong and unrelenting. As has been proven with ACA, Obama will not enforce any law he doesn’t like and left wing “navigators” should never be used to process applications.
There will be no enforcement period.

The good news is that a Republican president would be able to “unilaterally”
change or ignore any provision of the law he doesn’t like or considers unworkable.
Sadly the GOP is going to save Obama with amnesty and insure generations
    of Democratic control.

Schools have to be in session a specific number of days. Do they expect children to
cut the summer vacation to accommodate less than 1% of the population? This is
outrageous, especially since destroying the west is a mission of Islam. Muslim students
would be allowed to take the holidays off without penalty. It’s against the law to
discriminate, but the entire nation does not have to participate in every religion’s holidays.

David Barton is exactly the type of candidate the left would drool over. His name will be added to the
wall of shame with Angle, O’Donnell, Akin, Murdoch and Buck. To even hope to stop the socialist wave,
electable candidates are mandatory. Barton doesn’t come close even in Texas. His speed droning on
about history and the Bible would repel 80% of voters off the bat. The right is ignoring the massive
damage that 3 years under a Republican House has done to the national reputation of the party.
The House has failed miserably at offering policies that would address health care, financial reform
or jobs. Hating Obama is NOT enough.

No it doesn’t. It includes welfare, housing, heating, food, and cash benefits. I’m not sure if Medicaid is included but SS and Medicare are not. It does include those on
reduced or free lunches, the number of which should have been noted. It’s not as
if a 6 year old could earn the money for lunch!

  • October 29, 2013 at 11:29pm

No recriminations about having ignored the truth about this story for a year and a half! No
matter how wrong the MSM are versus Fox and Beck, they NEVER acknowledge their
mistakes much less apologize for failing the public.

The USDA is federal and runs the program.

  • October 3, 2013 at 10:46pm

The Congressman knows he is lying. The choice for everyone else is income-capped subsidies
in the exchanges or their employer provided insurance, not both. Congress is getting a tax free
addition to the subsidy which is totally NOT allowed. The unions will soon be getting the same deal,
cities will toss their retirees into the exchanges instead of using their pension funds, illegals will
get free health care and there will still be 30 million uninsured. There is no way to afford ACA and
    amnesty.

  • October 3, 2013 at 10:39pm

Clearly the House Republicans have been bought. They are determined to go down as the stupidest
party in history. Criminals are poring over the border, Obama has no intention of enforcing the laws,
and the cost of welfare for 20 million more will mark the end of the country. How can they be idiotic
enough to believe they will ever win a national election again with millions more loving the free
stuff??? There will have to be massive increases in taxes to pay for ACA and amnesty. The USA is
    over.

Now I understand how the left took over in CO. Mass mailing of ballots is the surest means
of voter fraud. Voting by mail should only be available to those who specifically request
ballots due to illness or travel. If the trend toward voting by mail (with virtually no oversight)
continues, there will be no chance of an honest election.
